Good for first timers! I took my son for a ride and it is really fun. The trail is good and the view is amazing. Also he loves the foods and repeatedly saying that it is yummy. The horses are nice and gentle. No feeling of nervousness as the guide really took care of us. We really enjoyed this bonding moments of us. We will definitely get back here soon!

Charlie was an incredible guide very patient with me and my autistic uncle. My uncle had the time of his life. Although I'm not super comfortable on a horse, Charlie took extra care to make sure I had the best horse for my level. He also sensed my fear, and just led me so I would feel comfortable.. We will for sure be back . thanks!

Nice trail and ride! The scenic view is my favorite part of the ride. It is really relaxing and stress free adventure. We really had fun!

The people were great and friendly. Smooth process and reasonably priced. And the horses were well behaved and friendly. Great place to get away from the hustle of the Vegas strip. Just use the bathroom before you go because there are No facilities.

Super fun and safe ride. They will get all information that will help them determine the best match horse to ride on. They will list your height, weight, and your skill level on riding a horse. Do not worry if this is your first time as they have calm and gentle horses right for you. Just move in here in Henderson and I felt that I will gonna love this place as I am fond of horseback riding adventure.

Had such a great time! The guide was very attentive to our youngest who is 7. We were afraid of her falling or the horse dropping her, but the guide made her feel comfortable and held on to her horse the whole tour. Most definitely going back.. will tell you though, I was sore after the ride..maybe just me but maybe it could happen to you. lol

I shopped around for quite some time to find the best place to ride horses and Silver State Horseback riding did NOT disappoint. I couldn t be happier with my experience. I would highly recommend checking this out. We rode Tank and Little Man and they were both very tame and happy horses. They had fun personalities too. We ll most definitely be back for more. :D

The management here are very unprofessionally and Incentive to others on march'19th a group of me and my friends was going to go horseback riding. I had just made a payment of 195.60 and I believe a hour or two had passed and we all got a Notification that due to the codiv-19 our flight for the next day was canceled which was for March 20th there was not one flight for that day going back to ATLANTA so we had to book the next available flight for that was leaving in a couple of hours going back to Atlanta on march 19th I tried to reach out to someone there by calling I did not get a answer instead I got a text from someone there so I explained everything through text massage and the only thing the person message back and said was that their sorry and that they will have the manager reach out to me about getting a refund it is now march 22 and I have yet to hear from anyone this is so unprofessional its not our fault that we had to rush back to the east coast unexpectedly I really would love to get a full refund because it not our fault that we had to leave if we was to go horseback riding that day we would have been stranded in las Vegas with no where to stay and possibly no way home would love it if management would reach out to me and give me refund

This place has truly has a heart for the customer. The trail is really enjoyable and the ride is enjoyable. The horses are gentle and very calm. We all had a great time especially the kids. All of us really had fun. The staff really had a hard time and took good care for us. The scenery was beautiful and so much fantastic.

Went out for morning ride with daughter, guide was very professional, explained what she was doing with the horses and why, went for a ride and she took pictures for us. Would recommend and would go back for more

We've booked this horseback riding trail ride activity for the birthday of my niece. She loves unicorns that's why she really amazed when she saw the horses and more happy when we started riding on it. The view is fascinating and the foods are really delicious. The trail is really good. Our guide is so much patient, informative, and funny. We will definitely book this ride again!

This is our first horseback riding experience but we felt safe while riding because the horses are calm and super gentle. Silver state horseback riding experience is fun and great. The Tour was amazing loved both of our tour guides both ladies were amazing taught us all about the area which was really cool I liked the information that they gave us I just enjoyed the whole horseback riding in the conversations with both of our tour guides I would highly recommend it for anybody who s into horseback riding or who s never been on a horse try it at least once End it is also great therapy we went at 7 o clock at night thought it was gonna be hard but it was amazing weather was amazing

What a gorgeous ride! The scenery is beautiful and spectacular. This activity is recommendable for all ages. Horses are healthy and well taken care of. It is really a great escape from the city.

We had a really great experience through the desert trail ride. It was one of my best horseback riding experience. This is really highly recommend!

We had a great time riding horses with our big family of eleven. We have two kids with autism who had no problems. Our guide, Tomi, has autism spectrum experience and made sure everything was as sensory friendly as possible. She knows exactly which horses would work best with which kids so everyone had a great match.

There are portable steps to help you get on and off the horses, and as long as you re in the age limits, no one should have any problems, even with zero horse experience. The horses are experienced, have mild temperaments, and have an easy time navigating the rocky terrain. The desert, hills, and plateaus were beautiful. We saw lizards and other small desert wildlife. In the heat of summer, bring a frozen bottle of water for the trail ride and in the car afterwards so everyone stays hydrated. It s a good idea to wear a hat, sunscreen, long pants, and definitely closed-toe shoes.

The meetup site is a public area that they bring the horses via trailer to, so there are GPS coordinates to meet at instead of an address. This site we met at was not touristy at all. We were secluded and no other people were milling around. The parking was free.

If you compare the horse-riding options in Zion National Park, you have to buy a park pass at Zion and free parking was hard to find. Parking was $20 at a meter and the family park pass was $35 or $20/person. The tourists were everywhere. With Silver State Horseback Riding, it s secluded and not jammed with people. You can take all the pictures you want and your guides send you pics of your whole group and candid shots for no extra fee. This is only about a 30-40 minute drive from The Strip, but it feels like you re in the middle of nowhere. This is a memorable family experience and I highly recommend Silver State Horseback Riding.

Super fun and memorable day! It was our first time but we really did have fun.Got nervous at first but the horses are so calm and we did not feel afraid of them. We just did not enjoyed riding but also the foods are really delicious. Also, the view is so much peaceful, it was a stress-reliever. Super relaxing trail. Our guide, Charlie, was funny and informative. We will surely be going back here!

As a complete beginner, I appreciate the patience of our guide and the focus on being always safety first. The horses were well-maintained and gentle. The guide was also knowledgeable regarding the beautiful place you will encounter through out the trail ride. We do not just have fun but we also gain knowledge. We are very lucky to picked this place to celebrate my birthday. Hoping to get back to here again soon.

You can see that the horses are really well taken care of. Also, the people are nice and our guide is really informative and patient. The trail is awesome and the view is so scenic. I love how they maintain the trail and the view to be impressive through out the years. Horseback riding for us has never been this good. This will be so memorable for us.

As someone who had never ridden a horse before, this experience stirred a new found interest in them. Not only that, but our tour guide was very attentive and knowledgeable about the land markings on the ride which made it even more enjoyable for my partner and I! We hope to return soon!

What a great experience!!. They outfitted us with great horses as well as had very nice helmets for our girls to wear. The ride was not hard and Scott (our guide) was so full of information on the history of the area, the local plants and just general knowledge. Our guide was so nice and got a picture of all of us on our horses. We enjoyed our time immensely and next time we are back in the area we will do it again!! Thank you for a wonderful memory our girls will cherish!!

We went for the sunset ride. The views are gorgeous throughout the ride and are Even better at sunset. Was a beautiful experience and worth every penny. Charlie is a great guide and great company. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our ride! My husband and I chose a private sunset tour! We booked through text as the guides are often out on the trail. They communicated well and ensured we had accurate directions to find the location. It was just the right amount of time for us and a beautiful location. Our guide took some pictures for us and sent later, which allowed us to focus on the scenery! The horses appeared beautifully cared for! I gave a 4 instead of 5 only because we were hopeful to learn some things about our surroundings and our guide wasn t very familiar with the area. However, she ensured we had a great time and genuinely loved her job and the horses! I d book again next time we re in town...very enjoyable!!

Such a great thing to do in a desert. I have never ridden before but this first time riding horse is really comfortable. Absolutely loved this trip. The food was also great and scenery is really fantastic. My friends and I really enjoyed this experience. We were going back here again!

Peaceful view and super stress free location. It is a must try when you visit here in Nevada. Despite the night life, you must also try horseback riding so you can relax and feel the beauty of nature. The trail was really awesome that you may value how beautiful the simple desert is. There are also delicious foods in here, at the same time, the staff are really hospitable and fun. This horseback riding is really recommendable.

Charlie was great and we had a blast riding around the whole trail. The BBQ dinner are awesome, the foods are delicious. I was a little worried regarding my kid aged 7 but she also did great and really enjoy this activity.

Staff super friendly and Trails were wonderful. Close enough to the city that the drive is quick but far enough out and hidden by hills that its quiet and all you hear is the sounds of nature. Lots of green bushes and desert landscaping to see. Thinking this is one of the best rides in town.

As an experienced rider it's hard for me to find trail companies where I can actually enjoy my ride. I definitely found one here with Silver State Tours!
Healthy, happy, friendly, well behaved horses that clearly weren't worn out or over worked. Saddles fit the horses correctly and the horses are able to go in hackamores (no bit in their mouth).
The owner, Tommy, was awesome and super friendly!

For your city folk, this a must! Our guide, Charlie, was extremely nice and great to be around. I recommended this to anyone looking to ride. An amazing adventure is waiting for you here. Scott was amazing and very friendly. I didn t catch the fathers name but he was very friendly. His daughter owns the outfit. The treated us like family. Horses were well behave and very well treated. Totally recommend for anybody that never experienced horseback riding. I m a intermediate rider with many beginning riders. It was great experience for all of them. Fun names for the horses: Caesar, Tank, Rusty, coco, Blondie... well worth the fun.

This riding experience was SOOOOO FUN! The trainers and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The horses were a blast! Mine was so sweet Coco !!! The location was not to far from the city either. I would definitely do again!

We experienced beyond our expectation. For first timers like us, we did not expect that it would be so much fun because we are really nervous when we saw the horses, But the patient and nice tour guide really took care of us.

Do not waste your time. Me and my friend was lost in the mountains and these people would not answer the phone. They only communicate by text. I missed my tour because they gave bad directions and they talked to me like I was wrong when it was all their fault. I would never do anything thru them again

I took my daughter out for a morning ride on her 10th birthday and it was great! The pricing was very reasonable! They were detail oriented before the ride concerning directions and waivers and they followed through with a promt arrival and professional guidance. I love traveling and exploring. I am also fond of nature as well as horseback riding. That's why I tried to book this activity on my stay in Nevada. This experience was far the most memorable experience of traveling. I really enjoyed the trail on this ride and also the gentle macho horses I've ridden on. The staff is also hospitable, from picking me up at the hotel, checking in for the ride, and until I finished the trail. From the driver to the receptionist and onto our guide, they are friendly and patient.

My husband and I booked the first ride for a Saturday morning Private ride so we were the only ones riding at that time. Our guide was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was a first time rider, and my husband had only ridden once before. He made us feel super comfortable and at ease while on the trails. We are definitely planning to ride with these guys in the future!

We decided to do something different for our anniversary. I m normally scared of outdoor activities. I had a blast! I wish that I could have this moment for life. As a first time rider, the experience was amazing. The view was so peaceful. The horses were beautiful. We were able to ride Trigger and Rodeo. Charlie, the instructor was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. I was totally at ease.

I really love nature and if you are too, this is a must to visit when you around the area. It is located in Las Vegas, not so far from the city but it looks like that you are in a different location. Super beautiful surroundings, nice trail and delicious foods. Very recommendable for a family bonding. Good for kids and adults. Super worth every penny!

Tommy and the guide were wonderful! Very helpful if you have any questions they were happy to help! Horses were very docile and listened on command! My friends and I had a great time! Very hot in the desert so make sure to bring lots of water!

My daughter chose a trail ride with a few of her closest friends for her 10th birthday. I found this company and the pricing was reasonable for me to take myself and 5 little girls on a ride.
The guides were knowledgeable and fun to interact with. The kids all had a great time. Photos were even taken for our group.
We are already discussing another ride sometime when the weather is cooler and bringing other friends.
My only complaint is that the waivers for parents to sign and bring a paper copy with me didn t get emailed until the day before. I had to rush to get it to parents, some of whom work graveyard shifts. I m a planner and prefer to have a little more time to get things like this done.
Overall a great experience and we will be back!

My husband and I did a midday ride for our anniversary. It was an amazing experience. The guide was super nice and helpful. She held conversation the whole trip. The horses were beautiful and gentle. We will definitely be booking again next time we are in Vegas. The directions they gave us to the cite took us right there with no problems. I recommend using the coordinates that they provide.

This is such a neat place. The horses are healthy, beautiful and tame. The staff is very supportive of new riders and genuinely care about providing you with a great experience. My family and I went on the sunset trail ride; the trail was timed perfectly to conclude as the sunset.

Enjoy a ride through beautiful desert scenary. We took the mid day ride. Our guide was so friendly and they have Very gentle horses. They will match up people to the horse. We went on the weekend. The guides are great. The ride is peaceful and relaxing. There were a total of 6 in our group with the guide. We heard from the guide that Rides do book up so best to schedule in advance.

Soul searching at its finest! Best way to spend a relaxing day with yourself. It is sometimes good to be alone but not lonely. Knowing yourself for the better version of you. I will definitely recommend this trail ride.

My husband and I came to Vegas for our honeymoon! We wanted to experience something with nature, and this was great! Owners were very easy to communicate with, flexible, and kind. Despite last minute booking for a 9am horseback ride that ended up being full, the owners and guide were able to accommodate us into an 11am private tour and breakfast. It was such beautiful scenery and the horses were patient and sweet.
I gave 3/5 stars because the guide Jackie asked my husband for his number a few times to text him.. Unaware she was not allowed to do this per owner, my husband offered my number for her to text me instead, since this was more appropriate. She texted me about sending some off road places and a little list of things to see which she didn t even send. It was a screenshot of Las Vegas boat and Jet Ski rentals. I had reached out to her about sending the pics she took of us, but didn t get a response and followed up with the owner, and finally got them from the owner.
Owners are aware, and had told me guides are not supposed to give out their number. Lack of professionalism and other things from the guide Jackie.

The family and I have ridden horses in Arizona and Colorado. The horses at the Silver State Trail Rides are the most well behaved. Our guide was great- he talked to both of my young ones, provided guidance when needed. The ride was smooth, provided great views of the mountainside and a beautiful day helped as well.
