The management here are very unprofessionally and Incentive to others on march'19th a group of me and my friends was going to go horseback riding. I had just made a payment of 195.60 and I believe a hour or two had passed and we all got a Notification that due to the codiv-19 our flight for the next day was canceled which was for March 20th there was not one flight for that day going back to ATLANTA so we had to book the next available flight for that was leaving in a couple of hours going back to Atlanta on march 19th I tried to reach out to someone there by calling I did not get a answer instead I got a text from someone there so I explained everything through text massage and the only thing the person message back and said was that their sorry and that they will have the manager reach out to me about getting a refund it is now march 22 and I have yet to hear from anyone this is so unprofessional its not our fault that we had to rush back to the east coast unexpectedly I really would love to get a full refund because it not our fault that we had to leave if we was to go horseback riding that day we would have been stranded in las Vegas with no where to stay and possibly no way home would love it if management would reach out to me and give me refund
