Bought a robotic vacuum cleaner for about 1 month which stopped sucking after a week. Fortunately took insurance and got a new one. Returned the new one as it does not deliver what the manufacturer writes in the advertisement. Got the money back without any mess. Brilliant response and I'll be back =)

Big place and good electrical an electronic items for cheaper price

Does not really know what it is but does not feel 100. Feels like a messy and unorganized business in any way. Like more on Backaplan / Sibahuset.

Best store for almost everything. Good customer reception, prices and knowledgeable staff. Submitting things on service is no problem. Do not even need to have a receipt with you because NetOnNet saves all such in their system. Always shop here primarily and try to avoid MediaMarkt as much as possible as they are only complicated.

If you want quality on more than just the product, you shop on NetOnNet, it's that simple!

It can easily become expensive if you spontaneously shop for things.

i call them to buy a phone they told me that they have it on stock and after i drive 8 kilomiters and get there they told me that they dont have the blody phone.... you need to learn to tell ur costumers the truth.i spend about 40 euros for taxi for nothing

Easy visit on a quiet day. A shop where you need to be prepared for what you intend to shop. Because it's like a layer and not much is on display.
Easy to find there anyway because you can search for what time and on which shelf an item is located.

Good prices, but I'd rather visit the Netonnet stores that have cross-sectional reviews than those who force one to go through the entire department store if you just go in and buy a thing.
Please do not mess up your customers. Then we go elsewhere.

Good prices and organization for electronics, but the staff didn't seem very service-minded when asked about where a product could be found. The products in the store are organized and labeled well. The location is a little difficult to reach without a private car.

Super nice staff who are there when you want help. Good selection also with good prices.

It's kind of in the middle of "nowhere", so I wouldn't suggest walking, but taking a car and just grabbing something that you wanted to buy online is a really fast process, I would definitely suggest this place for that kinda thing.

A good store with a large selection. Sure, the store decor is not the finest, but it is not the point either. Simpler store means cheaper products. However, is no bigger fan of the Andersson brand.

Selling product that is broken, ie. already broken when it is on the store shelf.
But still you must not return it, but you must be forced to return it for repair. This is certainly not the case, for example, with Inet, which replaces such a product directly.

Update: When we got the item back after a few weeks of repair, it is still faulty, even though it says that the fault has been rectified and that the product has been tested afterwards.
