yesterday i went for interview, i was not selected i accept my feedback ....
i share my experience :
i was explaining the process completely 1 hr to one person
between another interviewer join for limited time hardly 10 min then he/she might not get entire conversion that happen in past hrs
i suggest shell company that all the interviewer should present from beginning of the interview to understand the complete conversation
if some one join in between and giving feedback based on 10 min conversation is not mode of interview ...
