I have used Shadowbox for a few projects at my school in Manhattan. Each time, I've been presented with an elegant and purposeful system, that does exactly what we need it to do. And on top, the installations are exactly the best. No matter what detail needs to be worked out or around, John, Joe, and his team have always made it perfect. They are our first call for all AV and systems needs.
John and his team are great to work with. They are a large enough company to deal with projects of all sizes but small enough to provide excellent service and attention that a small business provides. They have completed all kinds of AV installations ranging from divisible event spaces to tier classrooms and everything in between. Their product knowledge is second to none and when you need them they are a phone call away. They are always willing to step up even when working with strange hours that a University requires to accomplish projects during a busy semester.
