Route 9 Diner

HUGE portions. Every time i see it, it's busy. But the food is GREAT! i got something with nutella and strawberry but it was wonderful. I actually dream about it. The staff was okay, but considering its 24 hours, i can't really complain, considering their food is so good. The restaurant is comfortable once you're sitting down.

terrible service. i found nail clippings in my pancakes and was treated as if i fabricated the entire thing to get free food. when i asked for a manager he came out and looked me in the eye and started acting like a monkey. literally, tilting his head side to side while yelling "OOKY OOKY POOPY POOPY" and scratching his arm-pit regions. he stood there as if he would just keep doing it until i left, so i did. the entire situation was so ridiculous I haven't figured out what to do about it. i told a lot of my friends what happened and a good portion of them couldn't even take me seriously. i don't think the authorities will either, so the best i can do is warn everyone that these people don't really care about quality control or general respect for others. they have no problem ruining somebody else's day if theirs happens to be going poorly.

The best restaurant I've ever been to !

It has a really authentic diner classic feel, but has a lot of young students working there as well as elderly and same with the customers, a mix of college crowd but no crazyness, and also family/ and elderly atmosphere.

Huge portions at a good value. Roughly you can buy $16 of food for the same you'd pay for $12 of food at fast food in terms of portion size, and the food is 10/10 high quality.

Personal favorites: Belgian waffles, pancakes, mac & cheese, alfredo pasta, veggie wrap, veggie cob wrap, oatmeal, tea.. just look at the menu it's at least 8 separate full pages.

Shocking, disgusting revelations about this restaurant in the Hampshire Gazette. I'm going to throw trash at this place next time I drive by.

It wasn't horrible it just wasn't great either. Would I stop again, I think so. I would just try something else next time.

Open 24 Hours! The diner will fill you up while not emptying your wallet. Enjoy breakfast food no matter the time of day! Service is fast, but even faster if you sit at the counter. There are pies available for desert and for purchase.

Unsafe food practices and really, really terrible treatment of their staff.

Had the french toast and black and white pancakes! Too die for! Best I've ever had! Definately recommend!

Clean and friendly. The eggs and home fries were good. There was absolutely no excuse for the poor quality of the coffee, an inferior brand that was way too strong and muddy. Willing to stop again.

Most things are good at the diner. However, the veggie burger isn't great, I've had soggy sandwiches, and the pickles are just...cucumbers. I've been burned more than once regarding the pickles.

Owner listens to customers- has already changed menu 8 times to accommodate complaints and requests !!!!!!!

I've never left hungry, sometimes I can't even have dessert because I'm too Full from dinner!!
