Caviot Emptor!

I used what appeared to me to be a trial offer last September. I was pleased with the NDA agreement and satisfied to pay $40.95.

It has now become evident that the "trial" offer automatically becomes a subscription if one does not go online and cancel within the trial period; 4 extra $40.95 charges since my "trial" period expired.

One of my colleagues went online today and cancelled my phantom non-trial Law Depot account; Law Depot has only reversed the January 2021 charge.

My guess is I am not the first "trial" customer who has been bewildered by the Law Depot " trial" service automatically shifting to an unauthorized monthly service. Related invoices are only available online in an account one has no idea has been created.
