I made my first call when looking for a PT 100 temperature probe to WIKA, although it's a small order it's essential to my operation. The fella from Wika came off as irritated that I was even calling in then said I would be on a 2 week waiting list if I was to order today.

When I asked if he might be able to point me towards somebody else in the industry that could help me he told me to Google it.

Best advice he could have given me as I found Aircom Instrumentation who were able to build me the exact probe I required with a 2 day turn around.
