Very impressed with Customer Service. Alarms responded to promptly and always answer any questions promptly. Pricing is good. Treat customers well not like a number like with prior large alarm company.

We've been using SEI since Fall 2019. I'm always impressed with their quick communications whenever we've had a question or needed help using our equipment. I've also always been impressed with the sales rep giving us reasonable guidance/estimates instead of just upselling us on every product/service they offer.
Recently, we installed a pool in our backyard and wanted a security camera for safety and liability reasons. I called on a Monday, had our rep visit for an estimate/consult on a Tuesday, and by that following Friday had John out for the install. John was professional: he left the space clean, he explained how to work our new equipment/the app, even showed us a few other things we could do with our system, and was so sweet/understanding in dealing with our puppy (who just wanted to follow John everywhere!)
I highly recommend SEI. I love that our security providers are local to our region, which I think makes them so reliable and helpful!

Francisco was a delight! He was so professional, he did amazing work here, and he really helped me understand my security system. You couldn't ask for a better tech. I'm going to cut my camera wires with a dull knife and say a mouse or something chewed through them so he can come back!

Francisco did a great job- Called to say when he would arrive. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with the system. He answered my question about another feature of the system and waited while I demonstrated my understanding with the panel. He replaced a glitchy lock on the main box AND told me how to get another user manual. GREAT JOB FRANCISCO!!
