Been a timeshare owner with Seasons Holidays for 20 years. The apartments have gradually become more run down and booking more difficult, then just before Christmas we were told we couldn’t holiday in Laugharne anymore. We feel really let down!

We have owned a sleep 4 week in Laugharne since 2001 and bought another week in 2007 and exchanged one of them in 2012 for Keys in Lanzarote.
They have made loads of false promises over these years, but from 2012 to now they keep moving the goal posts without even contacting us on many of the rule changes
Originally family and friends could stay using our reduced prices. Originally we could take dogs, within weeks that changed.
They were going to build new additional resorts in Turkey, Malta, Gran Canaria, Portugal, Fuerteventura, Cyprus to name but a few.
They told us they had bought the County Hotel in Bath, that only adult members could stay, then that totally changed.
They have used our money (existing members) to refurbish Laugharne, and now despite us owning a week in Laugharne, they are now telling us we have to be Keys owners at Laugharne to be able to use it.
This is not on, they keep moving the goal posts to suit them with less and less availability for existing members, they are happy taking holiday payments from the public on one off holidays, against their existing members.
Now they expect us to pay £100 refundable deposit for breakages. We haven't had to do that previously.
We bought in the UK because we thought we would be better protected. It doesn't appear that we are protected properly.

Enjoyed my stay at this resort disappointed there was no restaurant or amusement or entertainment the accommodation was very clean and grounds well kept would go there again if I wanted a restful holiday

Firstly be aware that most of the google reviews are from people that work at these resorts !!!
I have been a seasons member for 20 years and my experience has been shocking, as owners the accommodation they assign you is not fit for purpose and I have yet to stay in a lodge which does not resemble a 70's time warp with pink bathrooms and horrible cork tiles with boarded walls.
Staff are unhelpful because they here this all the time so it falls on deaf ears.( not there fault ).
I am reluctant to invest again because if our previous experience is anything to go by then we are on a hiding to nothing.
The pool at Clowance and clubhouse are acceptable but needs refurbishment.
I noticed that guests staying recently at Laugharne Park have been disappointed with there accommodation as were we 4 years ago.
I have complained and not one person has ever replied to my complaints.
They keep plugging away at Laugharne Park but what they don't tell you is the pool is not up and running yet only a small amount of lodges have been refurbished despite telling us they would all be done by 2019.
