I cannot log in because the system is not recognizing my security answers. In the meantime the Ameritrade branch is closed and waiting time to talk to Ameritrade service is 2 hours.
I transferred my accounts to another brokerage and they charged me $75.00 for each account. Ripoff.

These people "talk down" to customers. Thinkorswim was Great until tdameritrade bought them. I have had many brokers. I spent more than eight thousand dollars in commissions at TD this year. changing brokers in January. They mess things up.
Called and the guy on the phone was condescending. I don t feel comfortable talking to them about my money or asking for advice. I feel like money is a personal subject and when someone is jerk to you when you re asking simple questions is just a big red flag. No thanks.
