The Walking Dead game is awesome overall, the problem is if you have any issues with their game like I had it crashed when I was spending coins and they REFUSE to give me back the measly 75 coins. All my team died you get a screen says pay to bring back or quit I was on last level and wanted to finish so I said PAY 75 coins and then it asks are you sure I say yes and game NEVER leaves this screen. I GET NO TEAM AND HAVE TO RESTART GAME WHEN I COME BACK I AM IN THE TOWN. So I lost my progress, my team, my supplies and my 75 coins. Their response is " When you spend coins you get your team back, sucks that you didn't but we wont refund a coin let alone the 75. We prefer to do nothing to keep customers happy. Pretty worthless customer service, so I would play the game but DON'T EVER BUY COINS, EVER!!! DON'T EVER NEED TO HELP FROM SCOPELY CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER EXPECT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. Also be aware of ones you save up to spend they will steal those to.

Really sick of calling this so called LARGE company and having to leave a message, then I get no return call back.. BBB is going to get a call very soon if I don t get this problem resolved on Starfleet command. The game is great if you can get past the BS and glitches and also DON T play this game if your trying to play with real life friends or a significant other because you ll be placed on separate servers and they won t put you with them at all. Customer support does not care apparently.

I informed Scopely of a problem with the Yahtzee With Buddies back in May of 2017. Today is November 6, 2017 and I got another email from them wanting yet another screenshot of the problem. I have sent in 7 screenshots and 4 videos of the problem and all they keep doing is asking for a screenshot and running me around in circles with lame email after lame email not giving any solution just asking for another screenshot. Maybe we should all contact Facebook and see if we can get Facebook to remove their games from Facebook and see if that gets better Customer Support.
