Usually delivers without an appointment. However, if you set a delivery period (3 hours with reserves), this will not work in 4 out of 5 cases. We are also supplied by other freight forwarders, so it works. At Schenker, the dispatchers are obviously overwhelmed! If you then point out in an unfriendly tone that the goods may not be with Schenker for as long as the freight forwarder did not meet the deadline, the measure is full. Customer service under every sow!

Addressed incorrectly, I would not have given a phone number I probably would not receive the delivery. Transporter does not deliver to the apartment, unfriendly Indian supplier wanted 20 euros from me if he should help me to carry up to the apartment.
