Great service and good food. Parking was not totally offset, only 4 dollar discount.

Average hotel. Too pricey, location not great, and building works going on. Otherwise fine.

It was a relatively clean hotel. There was a body soap (body bar) but no shampoo or toothbrush. The razor can be said to the front desk. Even Japanese ones can be plugged in as they are. It might depend on the room, but there was no safe and refrigerator.

Spacious property, and they even made the air mattress!

Clean place. Friendly staff. WiFi is really expensive, but fast and reliable.

Nice quiet hotel with extremely courteous staff. We were there for a developer conference and a group of us stayed up very late in the lobby of the hotel. We were having a lot of fun and we were a very noisy group. Security staff didn't try to shut us down but helped us get water for the guests. They put up with us when they didn't have to and they helped us out.

Near restaurants and the stadium. Plenty of parking . Lobby under construction.

They charged $315 for a room that hasn't been updated in... Hell knows how long, and there was a lot of pipe noise from when hotel guests would turn on hot water in shower. Honestly, motel 6 looks nicer than this "upscale hotel". The smell is musty and the a/c is old and loud. I would give one star (price/quality ratio is really bad) but the hotel staff was really pleasant and upgraded us to a nicer room. It is still hard to understand why they would charge so much for the room that's in the picture.

Regardless of covid. Pools can still be used just not jacuzzis during this stage of opening. Not sure why Marriott still keeps this closed. Just take away or space seating areas so lap swimming can still take place without gathering.

Would not honor the rate that was guaranteed when I made the reservation on 9/23/17. The duty manager stated that it was because of the Government raising the travel per diem.

Despite having and showing the reservation and it clearly not warning an increase of the rate she continued to not honor it!

Only after a lengthy and conversation that a few people heard did she finally agree to what was promised in writing (reservation).

Typically Marriott but one of the best !!! Nice hotel complex. Breakfast for American standards very delicious and visually beautiful. Open kitchen concept and very friendly staff.

Great service and pretty nice rooms. Only complaint is that the bathrooms in the guest rooms feel too cramped

The facility is nice but the parking is ridiculously priced.

Santa Clara Marriott offers a variety of great conference and the food was amazing. However, consider the event parking has a fee ($5) and you have to pay in cash!

For the price, rooms are old and noisy and dirty. Not clean like mould on phone, air conditioning is very noisy. Walls are paper thin, can hear rooms next door. Hotel staff told me wrong hotel room. Stay somewhere else. Really bad

Watched the Cavs close out the Warriors at the bar in the hotel. Good service and decent food.

The hotel is very nice, it is a huge hotel with several floors.

I was staying on the 14th floor, next to the presidential room, which is the highest floor of the hotel and the room was huge, with a very high ceiling.

It has very good details such as all kinds of creams, shampoo, mouthwash, creams, everything.

Beds are very comfortable and cleanliness is 10 points. The feeling is of a 5 star hotel and not 4.

It has a swimming pool, several bars, a restaurant, parking lots, and disabled access.

Attention is a 10. The treatment of all the people in the hotel is excellent, always friendly and with a smile. They really make you feel unique.

If you go to Santa Clara, this hotel is highly recommended.

Very beautiful hotel in a strategic position for reaching Silicon Valley's tech companies. It is located in Santa Clara and it is a very big property. Good for business and events with many participants. Staff was nice and the room was very comfortable.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Bicycle can be taken for free to go around on your own.

This review is just for parking. Went to the Coldplay concert and I didn't want to pay $50 for parking at the stadium and get bogged down in traffic afterwards. Parked at the Marriott for $25 and then avoided most of the post-concert traffic since the Marriott is not right next to the stadium. The only downside is that it's probably a 20+ minute walk each way to get from Levi Stadium to the Marriott. I would do it again though.

Nice spacious hotel. In the bar it can sometimes become very noisy.

standard Marriott fare. Surprisingly noisy if your room faces the take-off flight path even though it's not next to the airport. Another example of hotels trying to woo you with bells and whistles but neglect the most important factor of all: providing a quiet place so you can SLEEP. Hotels just don't put sound insulation high on their list. If it weren't for the great staff, I would have rated this place one star.

I went to a company party there with a buffet. The food and service was excellent and we had a beautiful dining area. The desserts are a tad numbered, but there were a lot of people there.

Beautiful lobby. Convenient Starbucks in lobby. Pristine rooms. Little touches like lotion in lobby. Location is great. Right off the 101 but still quiet.

Decent flop house. Very expensive restaurant in the hotel because they don't use plates.

Good to play tennis. Free use the court in day time, free rent the racket with ball for hotel guest!

Location was perfect for my stay! Very beautiful hotel and clean. All staff were very professional and courteous. Requested a high floor and got one on the 12th. Will come back for sure!

My family and I took part of a conference in July 2018 and the hotel and staff we very nice and accommodating for such a huge organization . The rooms were super comfortable , clean and so nice . My kids loved the amenities . We loved it as a family and the location was great . Approximately 1 hour from SF if you want to do a day trip ! Hope you guys enjoy your stay

Nice hotel. Nothing special though. Rooms are kind of small and there are no extras unless you pay extra. Parking is $15 per vehicle per night. Came here with 3 vehicles for 2 nights $90 later! When I made my reservation they said nothing about a parking fee. Added $9 extra to each room per night.

My family recently went for their breakfast buffet and the entire experience was superb! It's a great alternate to going to popular breakfast spots on weekends while maintaining good food quality.

Good hotel with a beautiful setting but paying wifi

Parked here for most recent 49ers game. Cost went up from $25 to $30. Walk to stadium is about 1 mile (20 min). Way better than $50 For somewhat similar walking distance.

Nice hotel - they even gave me a free little bottle of afrin at the front desk for my clogged sinuses

The location was convenient for us and close to the freeway. The hotel and rooms are a bit older but still clean and look nice. The pool is huge and so are the two gym rooms. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was my one year olds birthday and they all signed a card and sent up cookies, milk and a couple little toys to the room.

Nice Marriott, friendly staff. Only stayed there overnight one night, so can't really comment much on the property or amenities.

Went for Valentine's day. Pricey, but food was decent. Would like to go on a non "holiday" and see how it is. Food was a bit slow. But they were slammed.
