Good food and service, however the tile floor and carpet are dirty and place smells like a mildly wet mop. Sometime feet stick to floor. The tile frout is pure black with crud. They need to learn how to properly clean floors. A clean mop is needed every time you mop a floor and don't cross contaminat with the bathroom.

Salads were good even though they were so busy they couldn't mix them for us. My business ordered for 11am delivery and the driver arrived at 10:47am and we were not ready because we we're still working and expecting the order at 11am. The delivery driver was incredibly rude, he was cursing under his breath, taking the Lord's name vain as well as being openly irritated with us as we scrambled to accommodate our own business and find more money as two of the people that we needed money from would not be available until 10:50am. It was incredibly unprofessional and I do not intend to get a delivery from this location again.

Supervisor Sam is the worst. Hung up on me because I pointed out how she wrongfully overcharged me for my salad. Also doesn t know that a franchise is still supposed to provide the same product at the same price as the other locations. Another guy answered the phone when I called back and he refused to talk to me until I answered his questions first. They don t have a clue about customer service and being courteous to their paying customers.

This Saladworks - when it was at Sawmill Village- was always a favorite for me and my family. Not sure what happened when they moved across the street to Barclays. Today (Saturday), I went over to get early dinner for family. Sign says closed at 4 (why?) but I got there by 3:50. I wanted to get soups and salads. The girls (not the courteous adults that worked at Barclays) behind the counter said soups were already put away..( We always put them away 15 minutes early. ) I said we really wanted soups, but the head girl wouldn t budge. Okay then the salads. Many of the ingredients were not on display. One girl scooped out pasta from under a counter (who knows where?). The mesclun lettuce was not in sight, so I agreed to the romaine out of a big vat. I said that it wasn t even 4pm, so what was the rush? No answer there. When I got home, my receipt showed that I had be charged for 2 items which were substitutes. I had said no olives and no noodles, and subbed in tomatoes and sunflower seeds. (Tomatoes turned out to be less than fresh.) Charged extra $1.58 for those two ingredients. Really. Next time will try a diff salad place, like Honeygrow. This was just ridiculous.

It's been a long time since I was in one of their locations. I was craving a good salad and it just so happens that a Saladworks was on my route. I ordered a Thai salad with tofu instead of chicken and it was awesome. They put a peanut sauce on the tofu and s Thai dressing on the salad. The combo was perfect. Plenty of veggies and so large I could barely finish it. Since then I have been back and will continue to eat there. Great healthy meals without a ton of calories.

absolutely rude manager. My mom has a severe mushroom allergy and went in with my 2 year old son to get a salad. When she noticed there seemed to have be mushrooms in every side she asked for them to please go to the back and get her sides from ones that were not touched with mushrooms. She was the only one in the whole entire store at the time and the manager, Mike, told her they were too busy to make her salad and if she wanted a salad she would need to preorder it. What if my mom ate that and died infront of my 2 year old because of careless neglect? I am a nurse and understand anaphylaxis shock, maybe theyre managers should learn the extent of a food allergy.

Of all the Saladworks locations in this area I like this one the best. The staff are always very friendly and offer great customer service. And they have a wide variety of salad and soup options. I love their white chocolate macadamia cookies. They are made fresh in the store and always taste good. I usually order Tivoli salad which is pretty good. They give you generous portions for an affordable price.

Not very happy with this location. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone thru the roof.
Was in there the other evening, and could not for the life of me understand why I would like to pay almost $10 for a salad that is comparable to what I could get at Wawa for half as much.
The staff is indifferent to any questions and will ignore you if you ask too many questions.
Not surprising that the company as a whole has been suffering issues.

I love saladworks. In a world with so few healthy options to get for lunch or dinner, saladworks never disappoints. The prices however are disappointing. It's really outrageous to pay almost $10 just for a salad. They do have the special on Wednesdays though and the salads are on sale. That being said, the salads and the dressings are really good, and you can also create your own.

I hadn t been to this location in 5+ years after the managers response to a dead cricket in my salad was oh, that happens sometimes. I tried again since it had been a while and it was on my way home. I ordered three salads with no modifications and a crest your own, the only one that was correct was the customized. Ingredients were missing and on one there were ingredients that weren t in the chosen salad. I will never go back to this one.

There salad dressing taste different than the other saladworks. When I went earlier my container was practically empty. I was still hungry after. After spending 10 dollars you would think my salad would be up to par, next time I m going to Panera Bread. Sorry not sorry.
