Great Food , clean fun place , wonderful service , plenty parking , nice atmosfere ,did I say great food?

Excellent food in a tasteful and modern setting. Fresh fish in a very tasty butter sauce. New potatoes with garlic. Steamed veggies in seasoned garlic done to perfection. Great drink menu with a cozy bar and seating area make it a great place to drink as well.

Waitress was very attentive .. food was ok. Not necessarily a repeat.

I had the braised short ribs. They were seasoned perfectly. No need for salt or pepper for this dish. My wife had the tacos. They were great too!

Chic, modern (yet still casual and inviting) atmosphere, excellent cocktail menu, and great food! Great for a full sit-down dinner or a cool place to just do cocktails and small plates at the bar or in the comfy conversation-seating area. I love the atmosphere. The well placed accent lighting gives it a sexy, intriguing vibe. Sala is perfect for both drinks after work and the after-dinner crowd. Also!! They are open late and serve small plates which is perfect for me and my late night service industry friends. I haven't had the chance to try their brunch menu yet, but I've heard great things! This place doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Their attention to detail is refreshing and on top of it all the service is great too. I guess you get the point, I love it and you should definitely check it out.

We had been told that we could play bridge and eat lunch. We entered and we're told no we could not play cards but we could eat. We left. There was no one in the restruant at 11am. On Tuesday.

I went here for Coolinary month. The special was well-priced: 3 courses for 30 dollars. The food was great. Service was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Good was good. Service was terrible. From bad bartenders to bad waitress. Sat at bar for 15 minutes and no one greeted or waited on us. They would not even look at us. We had a party of 12 and probably won't be back.

My husband and I went here for a date night on Saturday. We arrived about 6:30 pm, there was plenty of seating. I enjoyed a glass of Rose and my husband had Chardonnay. We enjoyed the St. James cheese plate as an appetizer. I had the Sala burger and my husband had fish. The bill was $81 with tip, so reasonably priced for a delicious dinner for two.

Very good place. The stuff is very professional. Food was great. It looks like the owner cleans tables here and looks after the business. That's how you know that the place is well run.

We went for brunch, food was OK. We expected much better. Shrimp and Grits was not great, shrimp still had the tails on. French toast was a sandwich baguette cut in half and smashed. The truffle fries were great.

We arrived with a 12:15 reservation and they had a mix-up with our table. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and also gave us drinks and some zeppola on the houses. I couldn t recommend them enough!! Great job!!

I ve eaten breakfast and dinner at this place on many occasions, the food is excellent, always fresh produce, well presented, extremely tasty and incredibly good value. The staff including management always polite friendly and professional. This is a great Lakeview diamond, there is adequate and close safe parking and great for a family event. Top marks Sala!!!

Great restaurant, with great service, great bar and incredible food

The menu here is interesting and the food is well prepared. The zeppoles are a must have. The service is attentive. And, I like being by the lake. You need more "personality" for a 5th star.

Went for dinner with a rather large party from work. Everything was wonderful. Great service and atmosphere. I had the filet, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Will definitely recommend Sala to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy a great meal.

First time dining at this restaurant the food the service the atmosphere the cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent they were following COVID-19 protocol for a dine in restaurant which was very encouraging to see I ordered a fillet medium rare and it was a very tender well cooked steak and not one gristle to be found I ordered appetizer brussels sprout appetizer which if you re not a fan of brussels sprouts this definitely could be the recipe to change your mind and you would eat it like candy it was cooked so well and the unique recipe makes it a great app the servers name was Brittany and she was absolutely wonderful she did so well having a great evening with my three other guest I would suggest for a casual or event they can accommodate and Just be sure to ask for Britney Be sure to check the menu out they have a lot of unique recipes that makes this a place The Chef himself came out of the kitchen to check to make sure the steaks were cooked as ordered he introduced him self very professional and courteous thank you for making this special occasion even better

Bottomless mimosas for brunch, newly renovated great atmosphere (does not appear so from outside but the inside is great), service was quick and friendly, food was excellent (shrimp and grits)

This is a newer place and I can definitely say I'll be going back. Great ambiance and service. I did not try their full menu, but the cheese platter they served for our even was great

Had a great meal with appetizers and desert. From the oysters for apps, to the fish for the main, and Italian donuts for desert. All was fantastic. Drinks were wonderful. Definitely going back!!!!

Sala is a great breakfast and lunch spot. Have not tried the dinner menu. We have been to Sala a few times. The staff is kind and courteous, love the atmosphere.

The was was so good we really enjoy it the chef is great!!

Good food and service here. I ordered the Honey BBQ chicken sandwich that was charbroiled and had a tangy sweet BBQ sauce. Very tasty!

The only positive thing I can say is that the owners did a great job transforming the building from the old Ground Patti. Not family friendly, poor service and ok food. I have given this restaurant several chances but no more.

Very good. Will be back. They were able to accommodate a party of 13 ladies. Then let us sit around on the sofas and open our gifts.

We sat outside to enjoy the sunset, which usually drops the service at most restaurants (out of sight, out of mind), but they were still attentive. Quality drinks. Burger was ordered medium, came out a bit well done, cold, and dry but tasty with a great brioche bun, carmelized onions, and bbq sauce (lots of other potential add-ons like fried egg, bacon, etc). Excellent shoestringesque truffle fries. The broiled fish beurre blanc my wife had was light and fresh. Ambiance is modern, clean, house / Abercrombie music, semi-upscale but casual. Nice spot.

Great location a wonderful atmosphere. The food was good and so was the service.

My second time having bunch here. Love it. Great atmosphere and food. Mimosas are great.
