Great meal, very European cuisine and attractive staff.

Food was superb. Service is great too. And the price, for the time we visited, was a great Prix Fixe.

What a lovely evening of dining al fresco! The service was great! The food was delicious! Everyone was attentive and courteous! My husband and I were very impressed and extremely satisfied! We ve been customers for a few years now and these folks really know how to satisfy customers! We will be back soon!

My first time at Mirabelle. Went there to celebrate my husband and I wedding Anniversary. The wait staff was so accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious and the host surprised us with a gift. It was a very nice experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

The food here is so amazing! Get the scallops they re delicious. Love going here with my boyfriend, the quality of the food is great. The decor is nice and cozy as well!

The staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great suggestions. But the only thing I will say is , nothing wowed us . The flavors weren't anything extraordinary. If I did have a dish to reccomend I would say the snail ! It was seasoned so well and it was in a delicious sauce . For the price though , I don't think it was worth the hype .

The bar is great to sit and have a drink while waiting for your table. The building and ambiance are nice and comfy. The service was superb - truly. The chef has some skills !

Incompetent staff and management. Food took forever and was cold upon arrival. The place is falling apart and smells bad. Definitely will NOT be returning.

Mike is an awesome bartender, personable and funny. The butternut squash risotto is AMAZING. can t stop thinking about it.

Hotel guests have to wait till 4pm to get a beer. Food is very good but no specials. Same food menu for lunch and dinner. Hotel guests have difficulty getting ice. Ice is given in a 8 ounce cup only. Bartenders are very attentive.

Food was great and the service was excellent. Small menu, but still difficult to choose because all of the choices looked so good. We were a table of five and everyone was very happy with their choices. We sat in the tavern and were treated to live music and they were excellent as well. If I lived closer, I would make this part of my regular dinner stops. Just sit at the bar, listen to the music, have a drink and enjoy a burger. Dounds like heaven

My husband and I just moved into the area, one night we decided to tour the area and came across Marabelle Tavern and decided to try it. We have been
back several times, we have even brought our other family members with us. They as well have enjoyed the expirence. The food and staff are amazing!!

Almost perfect meal in an informal (the tavern) dining room. Highly recommend Le Mirabelle!

The food was too much like catering, could have been much better tasting and presented.

Poor experience there. Sad too they use to be much better. The food was below standard. The house wines were the cheapest anyone could find.

I was referred here by a friend and I was skeptical at first. Yes he was correct, warm greetings all around and the drinks were fantastic but my napkin was not what he explained at all. It even reeked of chewing tobacco. Yuck! I complained to the server and she did get me a new one and voila! It was perfect! Just like my friend described. It must have been folded by an angel straight from heaven.

The server did let me know that my first napkin was folded by someone who was relieved of his duties. Thank goodness! Well done Mirabelle! I ll definitely be back!

Great place, large selection of beer & cocktails, also i love their cheesecake

Omlette bar is nothing to write home about. The rest is top notch

Thanksgiving buffet ,food was good and bountiful. Prime rib is delicious . The deserts most delightful. Most definitely will go back again. Little confusion when checking in the reservation but that was handled well and no issues afterwards. Bon appetit.

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here. It was one of the best meals we have ever eaten, and all of our guests were impressed as well. The service was excellent. We can't wait to return to Stony Brook and eat here again.

The waitress never stopped smiling. What a welcoming place.

*We went for an early dinner on a weekday. Excellent Service, knowledgeable friendly staff. Great house Cabernet. Had the olive bowl, hummus plate and strip steak. All were delicious.

This place is a lovely local spot. Decor is charging and the service is prompt and helpful. We were there for Thanksgiving and their buffet was fantastic!

I just ate Mother s Day brunch at the restaurant, 05/12/19 4-5pm, and I am beyond disgusted with the restaurant. The food was horrible and nothing tasted fresh. Also, while sitting at our table a huge bug was flying around and landed on my HEAD. I have never been so repulsed by a restaurant in my entire life and this was truly one of the WORST experiences I have had at a restaurant. The manager of this restaurant should be embarrassed and feel ashamed if running such a low quality establishment. The manager should also thank God for having great waiters who are friendly and pleasant otherwise this restaurant would be completely worthless.

The food was disappointing. No longer a French Restaurant.

They serve big portions and for convenient rates. kind staff. Keep up the good work.

Had commercially sponsored dinner. The talk didn't go well due to AV problems so speaker didn't have access to slides. Meal was from a prefixes menu. Generally it was okay.

I call this superb restaurant every couple of days because I like the good air that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is awfuly attentive and experienced. The service is certainly fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is first-rate. I frequent many times and I was always joyful. The price is fair. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

For was ok. Nothing special and menu was limited. Not even a chicken dish was offered. Service was good and prompt.

Went to the pig roast. Price on food ok. The lines were ridiculous. Walk in 25 mintues to get tickets. 1 guy. 20-25 minutes for a drink . 1 station. Then 45 minutes for food. This was at 6:00pm. At 6:45, double everything. This went on until about 7:30. If you going to sell that many tickets you got to know this was going to happen. Need at least 2 stations of each.

Although the atmosphere of this colonial-esque inn resonates a rustic, waterside charm, the interior feels too dated - like a once glorious eatery whose original patrons are now in a nursing home. If not for the quality of the food served, it would be a place to avoid. This said, the duck breast on ratatouille was pleasantly delicious.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I am very disappointed now. Service was neglectful and disorganized. Our steaks were very poor quality. Deserts were very good, as in the past. I called twice to talk to Gee. He never answered the phone.

It's not the Mirabelle that I knew from decades ago, but I have to say, the food was pretty great. I was nervous about going there when I heard reviews about service problems, but my experience was fine.

I was a musician working at Mirabelle tavern when I was assaulted by a customer. The staff did nothing to protect me and banned us from ever playing there again. Please do not give this awful place any business!

Food was sub par but the environment is nice. Would go back to that other dishes.

We had our small micro-wedding reception here. The venue is lovely, service was outstanding, and the food - delicious. Thank you to the entire staff who made a stressful time better and special for us. They also made every effort to ensure the pricing was fair. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

The food was outstanding! The service was top notch.

Not as good as usual. The foie gras was tasty but the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. My wife had the grilled octopus - which I must say was excellent but my entree was subpar. I ordered the pork tenderloin and it was very dry and difficult to swallow. Our server was polite but inattentive. Rather than checking on us from time to time, I found myself having to get her attention on more than one occasion in order to refill our drinks or whatever. She never even asked us how our meals were. (Usually they ask 2 or 3 times.) Not sure we'll be going back any time soon.

Haven't been here in few years. The food was excellent. Got the onion soup, fish and chips, branzino, chicken on the prix fix. Octopus app was awesome.... comes with bacon. Bacon goes with everything. Even the chicken fingers were great for the kiddie. The service was friendly and as prompt as could be when it got busy... have to be reasonable here. Highly recommend this spot instead of the other options in stony brook village. They have their stuff together here.

Went for a baby shower and the location is fantastic. Water is right there! Plenty of parking in front or on the side. The old building is beautiful and gives a nice feeling to any party that would be had there. I give it 4 stars bc I was not in love with the food. It was good but not great.

Service was impeccable, food was spectacular, price was surprising.... Would pay more at an outback, but enjoyed a perfectly prepared, gourmet meal. Will return often. Thank you for the experience

Fun north shore vibe with Eric singing the indie hits. Sam will be missed but service is tavern great. The farm to table Prix fixe was outstanding.
