To avoid ... makes reservations for its customers (rooms and meals) that do not show up. The agency did not bother to inform or cancel. What follow up ...

Nicely arranged, our driver/guide was the best! The people working at the hotel and in the desert camp were also fantastic, very friendly and genuine people. My only critique is that the camels were not treated nicely. They spent the night outside in the cold and the were tied into an uncomfortable position so they could not move or run away. Horrible. As tourists please please take your responsibility to opt out of camel ridning / give feedback on better treatment of camels. But go for the tour, it is amazing!

We did the 3-days Sahara Highlights tour. The driver spoke good english and explained a lot during our trip. We can recommend that agency.

We had a fabulous trip into the desert. Our guides were from nomad families themselves, and gave us a really good idea of the nomad life. Their absolute love of the desert shone through.
