I am speaking as to the management of the company. The payroll department is terrible and rude. They take child support directly out of my childrens fathers check WEEKLY and it is late all the time. The excuse is, there is only one person doing deductions in the company. If this person is in vacation or takes time off work the children receiving child support have to wait, even though the deduction is already taken out of the check. So basically the company took the money and sends it when they send it. I've reported them to the department if child support inforcement.

This company holds child support payments if there employees and the children don t receive them. When I call to try to get to the bottom of the situation they hang up on me. We re in the middle of a pandemic and this is how they operate. Shame on you
