This company is (1) untimely, (2) poor craftsmanship (no pride in their work), and (3) unprofessional. Project managers Corey and Tracy will speak of making deadlines and their quality of work, but instead of taking responsibility for not making deadlines and their poor quality of work they have excuses. I guess that s what Sage Water Project Managers responsibilities are. Lie with impunity to the customer. When an incident occurred that caused major damage to the unit, Tracy immediately deflected taking responsibility and even said it wasn t Sage Water s fault. Mind you, this is a project manager who, without any investigation or knowledge of the cause of the damage was quick to draw definite conclusions. Well guess what, the damage happen to be was caused due to the negligence of Sage Water. Totally unprofessional, speaking to us like it was a courtesy for them to come to the unit to clean up the mess that they thought they did not cause? I believe Sage Water has not faced any legal action for their negligence. It s obvious they have breached contracts before and is still getting away with untimeliness and poor quality of work. I can guarantee in the future this company will learn the hard way. If you are thinking about contracting this company, don t say I didn t warn you.

Sagewater started plumbing project in our building. Our unit is the first one started. They really did great job, neat, on time and I am very pleased. First with project manager Joseph Pak, who is a great leader, communicate well with residents, patient, very informative and updated us as soon as needed, along with his team members, London( carpenter), Nick ( plumber), and Chris (Drywall). They all friendly and a good team working together. I am very impressed by their team. Good job and thanks.

Sagewater retrofitted pipes at ALA WAI PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS; both towers. I have to assume the retrofit went well, but you never know since it is all behind the walls.

What I do know is that whatever fixtures needed to removed, to access the retrofitting, such as sinks, toilet paper holders, cabinets, etc., many of these were NEVER replaced properly. Very disappointing that they get away with doing shotty workmanship, that one can see.

Our condo was recently renovated, top to bottom, exactly as we liked. The retrofitting took place [took 8 weeks for a 3bdrm condo: 9am-5pm] and now, the beautiful toilet paper holders are loose and wobbly. I'm not a contractor with the right tools to repair these.

Some workers are professional, as they enter and exit your condo all day long, while others are not, feeling like you OWE THEM for the work that they are doing, which you are paying for.

Seems there's a lack of pride in what they do and it's just a paycheck. It stems from the top, the ownership, and filters down to the workers. It looks like they have some internal workmanship to handle themselves.

I found the services of SageWater to be professional, responsive, and economical. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. The follow up after the job was nice as well and shows the company stands behind their work. Well done and Mahalo plenty!

The project manager and associates was friendly and informative throughout this difficult process. As a tenant, I appreciated that the lines of communication were always open. The repairmen were all respectful of boundaries and very professional in performing their various duties- they were good guys!

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being outstanding, I would give Sagewater a 10. From management to workers, they were very professional about their job, but just as important, very considerate, respectful, and compassionate to my needs and concerns. And quality of work was also outstanding. From start to finish, I was very satisfied with their work.

About 6 months ago, the pipes in my condo, Ward Lanai, were replaced by SageWater. Joe Pak, Corey, and all the crew were great, very professional, careful, and pleasant to have around. I was very pleased with the result. Then last week a plumbing problem arose in the bathroom they had worked on. Joe offered to come over to be sure that it was not caused by the work that SageWater had previously done. Joe and his plumbing assistant came to inspect my current problem. Even though they were not responsible for it, they diagnosed the problem, helped me with the first part of the job, and advised me as to the next steps I could take on my own. Thanks to these skilled and caring craftsmen, my plumbing is now fixed, and even though they had no obligation to help me, they took pity on me, went way beyond the call of duty, and did not charge me anything. That level of customer service is very rare. I am incredibly grateful. Mahalo nui.

SageWater did a really wonderful job! Great team and very professional. The project manager Joseph Pak was very supportive and informative. Nick the plumber was very knowledgeable and supportive. Cory was helpful as well. I truly recommend SageWater!

As a property manager on the island of Oahu, I meet many different vendors/plumbers. I've encountered Sage Water more than once in different situations.

Miguel Rentas, Robert Flores, and Eb Sarnessar have been very pleasant to work with. They are patient, professional, flexible, and responsive.

One main reason why it's worth writing this review is because they provide over the top service to everyone, not only to the clients with the paycheck.
