Typically expensive for school clothes, but a wide range. Service reasonable at the time, though a major battle to get refund or change items of clothing nearer September if you bought in the summer (don't believe a word they say - we were told a catalogue of lies with regard to the exchange and refund service). Changing rooms ok.

Overpriced shop for uniform. Son been back at school for two weeks in old stuff as they haven't bothered shipping the order to me.
Joke of a store. Only place you can get uniform from though so why not rob us parents?

Great range of sizes in stock and a lovely lady who was extremely helpful guided us throughout.

I buy all my daughters school cardigans here, they have kept their shape amazingly. I do not put them in a tumble dryer, I always hang them on a hanger to dry, often in the airing cupboard.

Poor customer service. Ordered early on in summer holidays but could not get through to speak to anyone to exchange an item which didn t fit and wasn t allowed to enter store without an appointment so had no way to exchange. Received an incorrect item and some items still outstanding 2 months later. No reply from the customer services email despite emailing weeks ago. Extremely dissatisfied. Schools should find alternative supplier not just rely on one who clearly doesn t care about customers.
