My experience of Ruijgrok broker is perfect! Certainly to recommend. My broker '' Carolien Tanger '' is very professional and clear, a broker who really understands her profession and clearly knows how to do this in the correct and honest way. Earned a big 10!
Excellent broker who works very service-oriented. There is already enough stress surrounding the sale of a home. Ruijgrok takes many things off your hands and helps where necessary. From the Energy Label to the delivery report and all communication in between, they were always there for us. A beacon of tranquility. And that in a world about which I have heard from various acquaintances, especially the "fast guys" lead to a lot of irritation. Highly recommended for anyone who "just" needs a quiet and competent office for the transfer of the property.
Selling your house ... sometimes you do that consciously and in my case not a choice but a must. Now you are looking for a good broker and my choice is an office that knows the local market well, but with whom you also need to click because in the end you are giving an assignment with a lot of value and trust is very important.
