From the first sight Rosen JCC is a cool place to be for younger ones, but wait till the vision of "the inside kitchen" coming.
For being a parent of a former student of ECLC at Rosen JCC for over a year here the list of the things to pay attention for:
1. The order. No professional crew was seen on the site for the entire period of attandance. The changing table in the room was cleaned by myself several times. Restrooms are so dusty.
2. Carriculum. It is very impressive and good looking, but if there is a free time for stop by and take a glance what is going on, be prepared to see something different from the list which is outside of the door.
3. Problem Solving. It was mentioned a couple times to the director of the ECLC about all listed above and only promises and ways to jump out clear from the conversation are used.
4. Attitude. This point belongs to everyone in Rosen JCC. There are people like sunshine: very helpful and nice, but there are some who is going to be very unprofessional, unwilling to accept and take a look at the problem from different perspective and trying to make themself clear and crispy like nothing happened.
5. Disclosure of information. This is may happen in the conversation with the director and staff who are going to be very open and will talk the names by giving an example of the situation or similar scenario, so watch out!
My son goes to their school. Awesome school staff and teachers are very freindly and take very good care of the kids. We loved the atmosphere. And they have lots of different programs like yoga classe, zumba classes etc for the members. They havea big event hall too. The gym is very up-to-date and always have trainer who is very assitive. We love Rosen JCC
Love working out here. Never have to fight for a machine, Everything is very clean, And they throw great events like poker tournaments
I have had both of my children at the JCC for the past few years. My older son has just started kindergarten and I was so upset to see him leave the JCC, so I signed him up for the after school program, which he loves just as much as his time at the early childhood learning center. I still have my younger son at the JCC full-time monday through friday (he is 3 years old) and absolutely loves it! The teachers are just so great, they really care about the children and the parents. They go out of their way everyday for the kids and go above and beyond in everything they do. I would never send my kids anywhere else. It was important to me to find people who loved my kids as much as I did and thats hard to find in a day care provider. I am so happy that I have found that with the JCC.
My family and I have been here several times and we have to say it's truly a diamond in the rough. We were members of the YMCA for a while but feel more comfortable at the JCC. They seem to have more activities for adults and stuff like camps and theater for the kids. Looking forward to coming back.
We have been sending our child to the JCC for many years now and have always had our expectations met. The staff is very attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one.
Nothing by great things to say about JCC. My daughter went to JU after school and always loved it.
In the heart of Southwest Orlando great family center tremendous ballroom space if you're looking to do a local event highly recommend this group very very easy to work with.
We have been attending JCC for 3 years now, starting with our son who was 3 years old at the time. The location, the campus, and most importantly the teachers are amazing! I love that the school is small enough to feel safe and a part of a family. My son is now in Kindergarten and I still appreciate the education he received at JCC. He is at the top of his class as far as reading, writing, and overall readiness.
My daughter has been loving JCC as well this year. She is so excited to wake up and go to school every day. She will also be attending next year's pre-K.
My children have both attended the Pre School, Camp, JU, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball and the many great activities that the Rosen JCC has to offer. We are so happy our family has been able to experience the JCC over the last 5 years. Our family has made so many great friends for life.
My daughter went to preschool there and absolutely loved it. The staff and teachers are the absolute best.
Both of my children have attended the JCC since we moved to Orlando and they love it! First, let me say that we are not Jewish and we have always felt welcomed and included here. My children have made great friends there and never want to go home at the end of the day. The preschool is top-notch. After touring all the schools in the area, we decided on the JCC. It was the cleanest school and the most secure. There are many layers of security protecting the children. The preschool staff is warm and caring and we had a great experience all three years there. The after school program is great too! They pick the kids up, bring them back to the JCC to do homework, play and have a snack. There are planned activities everyday so the kids don't get bored. Summer camp was awesome too! The field trips the kids take are crazy! Each week- they go somewhere like Disney, Sea World, etc. The kids are definitely tired by the end of the day. The also offer Saturday Night Out programs so the parents can have some "adult time" while the kids play with their friends - cheaper than a babysitter too!
