Rolls Realty offers reasonably priced apartments without rental agent fees. Most buildings are in excellent shape and are quiet compared to others in Allston because Rolls Realty does not rent to undergraduate students. Sometimes, the management team might feel lackluster, but this is similar to other management companies in the area.

Rather shady. Demanded full month's rent as application fee, while refusing to put anything in writing.

I have been renting in the Boston Area for about 2 years. I was very unlucky to come across this agency. I took over someone else's lease, so I assumed I had certain rights as a new occupant of the place. However, to my surprise, I was told that I had absolutely no rights to demand repairs or whatsoever when I asked them to change the noise fridge running in the property, for the simple reason that I was not in the lease agreement.





To wrap up, avoid the use of this realtor, very unprofessional, and rude people.

I lived here for 4 years and the team that runs the buildings is great. The leasing agent was always helpful and cooperative when I first moved in and also as I was moving out and leaving. The maintenance team stays on top of their buildings and got issues I had fixed sometimes same day or within a week depending on the issue. If you call early enough they'll take a look at it same day usually. The office staff is also super helpful and nice.
The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, well planned, and a decent price compared to the area.

Definitely a great place to live and a good property management team.
