Several of their hotels charged me double fares for my one night stay. It is not worth the aggravation and time it took me to get a refund 6-9 months later. In full disclosure, I think this was more the hotels wrongdoing but I do wish rocketmiles controlled this better.

Rocketmiles is great. I used it for a 3 night stay in New York and got 9,000 extra miles (plus another 5,000 promotional miles), all for the same price as any other website. Miles showed up on my account a few weeks later, no hiccups. Makes you wonder why you would use any other site
