Not bad, appointment for 1800, come at 1430, loaded at 1640

No overnight parking...My appointment 11:30 am checking 4:00 am no complain at all..

Very tight to get truck through. Other trailers parked in Usxpress spots. No one at guard shack at night.

Worst repair shop in the Erie Pa area. They are wayyy overpriced and the service is terrible. I was told to "f off" by the manager when I called him out on getting over charged for the work they have done on my truck. I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Bad place to be loaded. Maybe the load is ready. But they not loading you .

Please help me to give these people zero Star worst place ever bring food & water with you drivers. S***t make no sense always come outside smoking cigarettes instead for them to go load the trailer.

This place has seemed to have stepped it up , got loaded fast , people where nice . Zero complaints ..

the worst place to get loaded, waiting time was over 6 hours.

Giving them 5 stars because of that lady in the shipping department never seen such nice human they don,t allow overnight parking but she let me park for the night since i was running out of hours

1st time here and went pretty smooth. D/h was suppose to be ready about 5am. Arrived the night b4 about 7pm and was told to come back at midnite.. came back and trailer was rdy

Roberts used to be our freight company. They quoted us a project. The product arrived 3 weeks late to the client and then we received a bill for +$1,000 above the estimate. We have not used them since and have switched to another company which ships product on time and always at the price estimated.

This is the worst company I ever work with Takes forever to be loaded , I was waiting for 10 hours to be loaded, I lost my time and money. Don t ever make business with Roberts Trucking, -5 stars from be me . Not recommended at all !!! P.S. ! , , ! !

As a truck driver my experience at Roberts is very friendly. The employees are very nice and understanding.

Once I had a pick up over there and ask them at the garage just to set up mine power inverter and when they are star drill the holes to hang they are drilled APU what coast 4800$ and they said they will buy new one but when they heard the price that was expensive for them..so they said they will fix it I lost whole week for that and they didn't make it and they just said that we can't do nothing about that I'm sorry ..so they don't know simple job to do it can you imagine then what would be if I had some issues on engine..horrible service and knowledge about the trucks better pay towing then to go here

The work is very physical. Lots of lifting, Moving around and palletyzing is the worse of all.

Easy enough. Check in at the guard shack, FOLLOW THE SPEED LIMIT on the yard, wear your vest. Loading took a while, almost 4 hours! There's plenty of room for staging. The office personnel could show at least a little personality. If you aren't a regular, you are treated as the stranger you are.

Got here an hour and a half before Appointment. Lady at the check in was very sweet and respectful. They put me in a door right away and I was loaded within the hour. From the other reviews I read, I might have gotten lucky this time lol

Better be ready to take a 10hr break here.....people are nice tho

Great people, friendly. Follow the rules and things will go well for you. Sometimes, if your load has at least been pulled they will load early but if not they will get you out asap.

The driver of truck 967 is a danger to drivers on the road. He was driving recklessly on John Young Parkway in Orlando FL by showing no regard for other drivers as he cut me completely off making me slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the back of his truck. As a business you should be held accountable for your drivers and your drivers are a reflection of your company. This driver has no regard for the safety of others on the road.

Easy access. My company has a drop & hook arrangement, so I was in and out in under 45 minutes. 5 mph speed limit on site is Strictly enforced (bad accident due to speed last year).

Super fast loading. Came in 30 minutes prior to my appointment, was given a door right away and was out 45 min later. The only downside is that the loads from there are heavy as f****.

The best trucking company, warehousing and logistics services on the east coast. Great to work with!

Not much to say about this place, it's slow and long. Usually all loads from here are heavy and sometimes (rarely) you get overweights too.

Arrived 40 minutes before appt time and was put into door. 7 hours later still waiting for them to start loading. And don't have a clue when they are going to start.

I agree to most comments here they don t care about you clocks have been here almost 9 hrs still saying wait, definitely not coming back here even if the load is $5000

They are down in PA but very nice facility they have a guard shack and a strict 5 m.p.h. speed limit. I deliver truck parts to their shop.

Lots of room to park and get your trailer, the customer service is slow and seen not to care about dealing with drivers.

No issues here. It was a drop and hook for me and when I arrived the trailer was ready to go, in the door. I did have to put the empty into a door, but that's no biggie. I didn't ask about overnight parking and I sure didn't see any street parking.

Easy in an out. Got paperwork and trailer no issues at all. I love shippers like this!

In and out fast and 1day before pickup they still loaded me.

Drop and hook, put mty in a door, snag the loaded and head out. Wish all places were this pleasant to go to!! Great job!

Can only come in an hour before appointment, but the TA is a few miles away. Super nice employees, but I did have to wait several hours in a door. I'm about that reefer life though, so im used to it.

One star says it all, nothing more for this company...

This review is for their brokerage Rise Logistics. They are not paying their bills! Getting close to the 100 days past due mark. Time to file against their bond.

I give them 4 stars because they are stricted by rules 5 Mile speed limit and safety vest . 1 hours to load me , and have the PU 76.....

I had 4 hours at the door to load the trailer, they mounted almost all the cargo and then took it out. They told me at 1:00 am that they canceled the load because the trailer was very narrow. Tremendous lie, it was a pretext not to charge me! My trailer is standard measures 53 .
