Best Dolphin Encounter ever. Been 5 times over the past 10 years and the COVID protocols made this the best encounter of all trips!

Everyone was respectful to COVID protocols and wore masks appropriately.

Great to experience a lot of local Orlando residents experiencing such a great adventure....

Worst Customer Service in the world! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called more than 30 days in advance of our trip for a refund and was told it will take up to 60 days for a refund. I am reading many other reviews where people have been waiting for more than 60 days and still no refund....

Great experience all around. If you get there when the park first opens you may have some downtime until 9 am, but it gives you time to explore. The Aviary was the best part of the trip. All the staff were wonderful and quick to answer questions.

Words cannot describe just how incredible this place is. Every second, every interaction, every place is just perfectly crafted and planned for. Great food, great service, and great animals.

You might wonder if it's worth it. No, it's a steal. Trust me if you can afford this, go for it.

I haven't been there yet, but from the looks of it, it looks pretty good. On the other hand I find it unfair because non residents of Florida have to pay a higher price to get in, which in my opinion is unfair it the non residents.

Totally worth every cent. If price is an issue, buy the cheaper non-dolphin encounter ticket. (The dolphin portion is only 30 minutes of the day, anyway.)

Everything is included: food, alcohol, wetsuits, sunscreen, etc etc.
