Small facility but BIG on heart and talented, motivating instructors that give lots of personal attention. I first joined for the Spin classes, but now go to more of the TRX, HIIT, and boxing classes.

Super good gym with unique combination classes such as ROX combining spinning and boxing in one high intensity workout. Instructors totally focused on you and your technique to ensure an enjoyable and injury free class. In these covid times the online classes are varied and equally challenging with the same high quality intrsuctors pushing you on.

Love Ride! Great instructors, friendly class mates, lots of classes to choose from. I never get bored as the instructors keep things interesting :) I ve been to Ride more since I started going than to any other gym where I ve had to pay big membership fees etc.. the flexible packages are a great way to manage your workout spend. Great job!!

I've been 3 times so far and will be going a lot more. Really great spinning classes! The instructors are decent, the bikes and technology are fab. Can't fault it! And I don't think there's anything else like it around Surrey
