Service when buying good that were later returned was terrible, staff pissing about, on return visit to return poor quality goods manager was better but overall and on reflection I found all poor and would recommend a proper established AV retailer

I have been to a number of Richer Sounds shops but this is by far the best. Their staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, there s always a solution for everything in this shop. Thanks guys, I should now be sorted for a while.

This business has been around here for a long time...

This business has been around here for a long time and specialises in audio/video kit. They have an extensive range and specialist items that might be difficult to source elsewhere. They have knowledgeable staff on site and that can make it very helpful.

Aways a great experience - staff at this branch are very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all, a very calm environment, one of the best places to come if unsure of what to by.
