Worst place to live. I have family that lives at one of their apartments called Mesa Place in Texas and the management is the worst. They do not allow for any flexibility meaning you are basically not allowed to have anything you your patio. Another thing for the people that live here they barely feel like they are home at all. They have so many restrictions on your apartment that unless you plan to leave soon you will be uncomfortable living there because they place so many restrictions. No flower pots outside your apt, no scooters inside, no window ac's, no parked cars for more than 1 month regardless if its a brand new 2012 car, no pets not even birds (by the way just get a doctors note saying you need a dog if you want one). I mean for the people that are paying money a lot of money to live there I expect them to have more liberty with what they do there. Of course they may not have money to live somewhere else but nonetheless they are still paying to be there and they are not allowed to do so many things. The worst place to live.
