Vietnamese roast pork and lemongrass salad at The Lodge for breaky today was divine! Beautifully roasted pork with a perfect, delicate balance of rice noodles, mint, chilli, palm sugar and nuoc cham dressing with dusting of chopped roast peanuts - the perfect Vietnamese balance of sweet, hot, sour, and salt as only a Vietnamese cook can do! 10 out of 10! and another BONUS!!! they have the best consistent coffee in Auckland that we have found! Lastly, the staff are the friendliest and most attentive that you will find!
