Amazing company to deal with. Within days my diary was full with amazing opportunities and I finally found that perfect one! Everyone at the office was extremely helpful. Kelly and Ed were amazing and helped me every step of the way. I couldn't reccoment them enough for their proffesionalism but most of all their attitude they made me feel like a friend more than a candidate and made sure I was happy with every move! She has been very informative throughout and very speedy with contacting me with thankfully the best news I could have received.

She has been a pleasure to work with and very positive and upbeat which made me warm to her very quickly and I felt so relaxed in her hands and that she would do everything she can to help me with my interviews.

Unfortunately quite a negative experience with Kelly. I was bought into the office to sign on to the agency. Was sold the dream. I had an amazing CV I was told and work experience. They would have no trouble finding me employment. Kelly decided to contact local companies in my field. I had done this myself and had forgotten some I had already contacted. I got told off for that on the phone because I was "wasting her time" & "she looked stupid". At another time I was hung up on when I didn't want to apply for a role. Jobs came up on the companies website that suited me and I wasn't called by Kelly. Overall it seems that if you don't go for what they instruct you to or you question Kelly you are out. Unfortunately money and commissions drive a process that deals with peoples lives and hopes for employment.

VERY GOOD service always found Kelly to be most helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with Alliance and more so with, Kelly.
Communication was second to non, and I absolutely will use them again if I never needed to.
