Apparently not much changes in a year. They pulled a price-check "fast one." An item didn't ring up in accordance with the ad sign. When they called for a "price check," the department employee pulled the sign down rather than telling the clerk that the sale sign was up. I worked in retail once upon a time. I called them out on it and all they could do was stutter and stammer - guilty much?

I try not to be rude, but this place has the most clueless employees. They should not work at a home improvement store. I asked no less than half a dozen people for a very simple item and none of them could even give me an idea where it might be. I'll be driving to Farm and Fleet from now on.
