I’d recommend Totally Awesome Computers to anyone who is comfortable with the basics of setting up a PC, like connecting peripherals. They don’t include manual setup guides, though their Salt Lake City tech support is happy to walk you through it over the phone if needed. They shipped exactly what I ordered; although there was a brief delay with my video card, they upgraded shipping at no extra cost and delivered on the promised date. When you factor in shipping, their total price is actually quite competitive. The system arrived in perfect condition, booted up smoothly, and features top-tier name-brand components that make it a fast, well-built machine. I’ve contacted support a few times for minor keyboard questions, and the phone is always answered within a couple of rings.
