They shipped my item the same day I ordered it. While a previous on-line company said the product had been discontinued, but emailed wanting a rating of something I never received. I would recommend Respshop to anyone in need of parts or supplies.

Unfortunately, they will not refund you, at all, for returning a mask. They will only do store credit. I recommend theCPAPshop.com over Respshop because theCPAPshop will refund you.
