Garbage service and communication. Find somewhere with better coordination and patient care.

Do not ever come here. Nurses are ok but doctors are the most incompetent, over priced physicians I have ever felt with.

Do not go here. Care was horrible. Billed my insurance for admission that never happened. Have reached out via email and phone to file a complaint. No response. Clearly they don't care about their patients or their reputation.

Waiting 6 almost 7 hours to been seen. People who showed up after me got ahead, I understand being short staffed and covid 19, this is ridiculous. There was a large group of us that just sat til 2am (got here at 630) waiting to be seen.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting Resolute Hospital for 3 days as a patient but I must say the medical staff is amazing!

ER nurses Ashley and Arnold are the best EVER! The telemetry nurses Pamela, Bobbie and Kobi are very professional and caring. I owe these people more than I could ever repay.

The doctors there are awesome. Very caring and spent time with me to answer all my questions.

The only negative experience I had was lunch on my second day and dinner on my third day both included green beans. I hate green beans.

Godspeed to the nurses, doctors and staff at Resolute Hospital. You re all amazing!

I had such a wonderful experience having my first child at Resolute, I highly recommend due to the wonderful staff making my visit so wonderful. In L&D I had great experiences with all of the nurses, I have 0 negative to say about anyone however if I can call one nurse out in specific, Tammy was absolutely terrific. I was naturally terrified as a first time mom to experience labor, and she was an absolute jewel through the entire process as contractions got worse and was so compassionate when she helped me as they gave me an epidural. I ended up needing a C-section after a day of laboring and Tammy once again stayed by my side, kept me focused and helped me when they did the spinal and just overall she was an angel.
Dr. Payne was so kind and thorough, he explained everything, came in to check on everything routinely, and kept talking to me throughout the procedure. I was terrified about pain, he kept his word and I felt nothing and then talked to me about music as my doctor began to work when he saw me become nervous.
Post-partum nurses were amazing, and Mrs. Rhonda was another gem of a lady who I was glad to have.

If I had any first time mom questions, nurses were happy to answer and offered to show me so I could learn hands on. The entire team worked together well, and I am overall very satisfied with Resolute. I could see myself returning for any future babies.

Thank you to all of the wonderful people who helped, especially through a rough, rough day. A very compassionate team, for sure.

Go elsewhere if you have the option. From the outside looking in this facility appears like a solid choice, but unfortunately it is not. I asked our nurse for a doctor after the second hour in and staff really took offense to my request. You are better off using WebMD or Mayo Clinic sites if emergency treatment isn't required. My advice is to make the drive to Austin and visit an ARC location for MUCH better treatment and speed of visit. Disappointing.

The nursing staff was amazing! Made sure I was comfortable, and even talk to my parents (after I gave permission) to help get them to me and keep them updated of me. Thanks to all of them!

Had a baby here. Staff were amazing! Everything was amazing really. 10/10 recommend

It took 3 nurses in labor and delivery over an hour to put an IV in, which left me with several bruises from blown veins.

Now I m being told I have to get a covid test before my procedure. But only because it s a scheduled procedure. If I go into labor and just show up no test required. I m also allowed to bring 1 guest with me and they don t have to be tested at all. Makes a lot of sense I would have chosen a different hospital If they had informed me of this to begin with.
