We were passing through the area on vacation and needed an ER. Other than a 3-hour wait, the staff was excellent. They treated us well and got us taken care of, once there was someone available. Everyone was professional, courteous, and got us back on our way.
Michelle is an amazing care taker.
She took care of my uncle Tom, God rest his soul, for the better part of a year in his last days, she cared for him well, And Michelle, Thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars because I would! I understand we are in a pandemic and I understand times is tough right now with getting help but there s no reason someone should be skipped over lunch and not check down frequently while staying there and being hospitalized. I m not gonna stop here, I m going as far as I need to to let someone know how they treat their patients.
What a joke of a hospital . Wait times are absolutely out of this world. Started this at 9:30p.m. , with Noone in front of me . Here it is 1:30 a.m. , waiting to get discharged from the lobby ? With no other patients ? Ridiculous
My Dad had to stay here for over a week with pneumonia and then had to have a heart cath and stent while he was there. The staff were kind snd helpful. The doctors did an excellent job of taking care of my Dad. Especially Dr Onyekwere. The hospital was clean and nice and my Dad said the food was 5 stars and he has been to many hospitals in the past few years from Decatur to Gadsden to Anniston.
Was in the waiting room from 9:30 until 1:30, I will not be back, I will drive to Birmingham, this is ridiculous! My chest and neck was hurting real bad, no one really checked to see how I was doing and people with bad chest pains should be seen immediately! I started to leave and go to Stringfellow but don t think it would have been any better! No sense or urgency and I promise everyone there looked liked they were about 15 years old! I think all the older and knowledgeable nurses retired after Covid! Smh! Finally finished at 6:30 am, great doctor on call and nurse!
The worst so called Hospital i have ever seen. It is outdated and apparently ran by a bunch of kids. I was on the phone with my wife when some kid got very rude with her when she ask for tissue to blow her nose on. Then the little girl who could be no more then 22 years old slamed the door and walked off. This is just one instance and there have been several. I do not recommend this place for anything.
I was taken here a few weeks ago by ambulance suffering from COVID. It is my sincerest belief coming here saved my life. The Staff is amazing.
They are running test in Alabama at Rmc by the Federal Government the are trying to implant the mark of the Beast and they receive money to let the people with what they have inserted in them go without medical care FBI are involved so if I was you I would not send my love ones there and they are doing it to children also take my warning don't let it go unnoticed
Only go here if you re healthy. Took my young daughter, who was struggling to breathe and gasping for air, to the ER. It was 1am and there were 30 people waiting and no names being called. They basically said write your name down and we ll call you. No care for the urgency of the situation. They need a triage so the more serious cases can be seen quickly. We left and drove for proper care to Birmingham.
