Reg Marsh and Associates came very highly recommended from friends and neighbours in Georgetown. I had the pleasure of speaking with Elaine, over the phone, re a tax matter and she was extremely informative and professional. I didn't feel rushed and she explained my options in a way that I understood. I will definitely be using them for my 2016 tax return. Very impressed indeed.

I have used their services since I was old enough to begin filing taxes. Don't let their friendliness and relaxed atmosphere fool you -- Reg and Elaine are excellent at what they do and stay on top of changes in CRA regulations. They answer all my questions, file my taxes quickly and I usually get my refund well before the regular waiting period. I highly recommend them!

This company is atrocious. They delayed filing my HST return, gave no notice and didn't even respond to my numerous request. I am thinking to file criminal charges against them.

I have been using Reg Marsh and Associates for over 15 years to complete both my personal and business taxes and have NEVER had an issue with any of the service provided by this family owned and operated business. As long as I provided all my necessary paper work on time, this firm has always met the required deadlines.
Perhaps Mr. Parsons had such a poor experince because he doesn't like the small town atmosphere of a family business.
Everyone I know in Acton takes their taxes here and I have never heard anyone say anything bad about the service provided by Reg Marsh and Associates.

I had a terrible experience with this "accounting firm". First of all they do not employ a single professional accountant, rather they prefer to use students and secretaries to do your taxes and bookeeping which makes calling them an "accounting firm" hilarious. They failed to complete my taxes in time and after recieving my return I was informed by the government that it was filed in error. I had to bring my taxes and bookeeping to another reputable accountant to actually get the job done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A RIP-OFF!!!!
