I've been a loyal customer of M&K CPAS for several years now, and I must say their services are truly exceptional. Both years filed by firm was audited. I was ignored leading up to the audit and Michael called me the night before starting that he was working on my taxes and would will be there, no one showed up. One of the most horrible experience dealing with an auditor without your CPA.

One of my clients used M&K after their CPA retired and it's a complete nightmare. Depreciation omitted, no trial balances, huge unexplained adjustments to retained earning. I could not get straight answers from Mr. Manis, he sent me erroneous or redundant information and he even told me flat out that I was out of luck getting trial balances for the returns. My client is spending another $3000 to refile the last two years. No surprise the SEC sanctioned and fined him and the firm last year.

We hired M&K CPAs in good faith to help with tax filing for 2014. They have been unresponsive, entirely unprofessional, and as a result, we have incurred IRS penalties. A complaint has been filed with the State Board. I would NOT recommend them.
