Service was horrible. Food was good just too hot. I ordered the same thing last week it was great. Need wait staff that wants to do more than stand at the bar and talk and consistency in their food

Service is piss pour its taking forever to get food and plus 30 minutes before someone took our food order! Won't be back for another 10 years! Rediculous management!

The service is excellent and the employee s are always friendly, the food tastes amazing, it s a little on the pricey side of things but the portion size defiantly makes up for it. The downside is that the time between ordering and receiving your food can be quite lengthy. Other than that everything is great!

Tonight must've been a bad night because I got here at 7:20 and it took 25 mins to get a drink order... mind you theres only 3 other tables. Well we get our drinks and then order our food and it took an hour to get our food.... I've never had a bad experience here before but this wasn't good then we got fried pickles and it was just fried batter, absolutely disgusting..... I shouldve left but didnt wanna be rude.

Usually has really great wings and service, would have given it 5 stars but the last couple of times it hasnt been very good.

Slow slow slow!!! Do. not even think of going if you are not prepared to wait at least 45 minutes or more to get your food and that would be on a slow day. Just avoid at all cost on Wednesdays when they are busy. The staff is not very customer friendly and the management is not either.

Wings were awesome and our waitress Kayee was great! Always kept our drinks full and was super nice!

Great food and generous portions. Awesome atmosphere. Service was slow and sketchy. Parking was a nightmare. Edited to add: chicken tenders should be famous! And, servers were very nice just very unorganized.

Ate here for years and has some of my favorite servers employed. Great wings

Always a great dining experience! The shoe string onions are a favorite. The steaks are always cooked to perfection.

Great Bloody Mary s and HOT Boneless Wings!!!! Also it s a little secret but.....they have really good Rib-eyes

Everyone is super nice and always makes sure you have everything you need. The food is good and different which is what a small town like this needs! If you're looking for something good and different than your average burger, come here!

I know why so many people have stopped going, but give them another chance! It's definitely improving!

This place is just going to go under eventually. Prices too high for the amount and quality of food. Too much drama seems to happen there. The medical place behind it doesn't help that factor.

I've been twice both times the food was great! The service the first time was also great! The young man was attentive even though they were busy.
Second time.... The waitress acted like she could care less. This is a big turn off for me. Service can make or break a place. We haven't been back since. But the food was still great.

Went there for Father's Day lunch. Closed. Probably should update the Sunday opening time on google maps...it says you open at 1:00 pm. No hours sign posted on door and neon hours sign was off.

Good food, terrible service.When the waitress brought my drink, a Coke in a clear glass, I placed the straw in the glass and began to stir I noticed there was something in the glass orther than ice and soda. To my surprise there was a whole pack of CRACKERS In My Drink! I could not fabricate this. When I called her back and showed her my discovery she never responded, didnt even apologize and took the glass to the back. She returned with a new one several minutes later, still not saying one word about it. Place was practically empty but the waitress seemed to be busy with other tasks in the back of the restaurant. I didn't stick around for anymore surprises.

Food is decent. Everyone has been super nice but service usually could be better. Havent had to complain, but sometimes it just feels like they have forgotten about you. We try to go at least once a month.

The last time I ate here the service was awful ,the staff was very rude ,took them forever before I got someone to take my order and even longer to get my food ,and no one ever came back to ask if I needed anything .. the food was not as good as before like the employees didn t care all they wanted was to stand at the bar and chat with the men there drinking.....

Great service and the spicy chicken tenders and okra was very good. Beer could be cold er!

The wings were good but we had to request that one of the sauces that were supposed to be hot have something added to it because it was straight soy sauce. We were there around 9 on Saturday night and were about the only table but service was still kind of slow.

I got a grilled chicken salad delivered via Door Dash. The salad was a bunch of ice burg lettuce, a ton of shredded cheddar cheese, a few Roma tomato slices (large), cucumber slices (large), and WHOLE baby carrots topped with grilled chicken. I needed to essentially take the whole salad apart and chop all the veggies myself. I don't expect to have to cut up baby carrots with a chef knife when I order a salad. The chicken tasted good, but overall it was very disappointing. I will not order again.

You can t call to place a order due to a recording saying this mailbox has not been setup to take messages! Impossible to do business or place orders. I ve been trying for 2 days!!!

I've been here about 4 times and each time had great food and service. I'm looking forward to getting back soon.

Service was literally non existent. Food was 4 out of 10, just a terrible experience, if I didn t get the attention of my waitress I would have never gotten service, this place is just left a bad taste in my mouth, wish I could give zero stars, it s Eden though, can t expect much more

Great service from Kayee, and great food. Add pimento cheese to a burger, it's great!

Waited over an hour just for boneless wings, they didn't come so we left. Many other tables did the same. Workers sat at tables, didnt seem to want to serve people. One worker was taking about the health inspector being there today and how they HAD to wear gloves and wash their hands, isnt that normal?

Sat there for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Left after 20 minutes of bad service. Don't blame the restaurant, the waitress was just horrible.

The homemade chips and fried pickles were greasy and taste like it was cooked in burnt oil.

Food is pretty good. Service has been lacking for quite a while. No one seems to enjoy working there. If you want or need something, you have to watch for your server to walk through and catch their attention and ask for it.

Salad was ok, but my husband's burger was great! Will try a burger if we come back. Staff was nice.

Best place in Eden! Great food, great service, good people.
