Good service but be aware they do not make the move out assessment. They let the owner call the shots and of course you can see the conflict of interest there. When the owner looks through their house that they have rented for years they expect it to be just like they left it. They don t take into account that the house has been rented for years. So i feel i left it honestly just a good as i received it and the owner tried to get a lot of my deposit to cover his repair costs to fix the ac he just had to replace. The house in my experience was 13 years old. For example he is trying to charge me for door stoppers. You have been warned.
