Hopeless builder, pathetic customer response. They won't refund even after 3 years also on cancellation. Make you to run from pillar to post and file cases. Not transparent. Also, they come up with some frivolous responses as if we agreed verbally to forfeit the advance on cancellation. Cheaters!!! ...
