MaryAnn and I had the owner Jose from Real Stone do several projects in our home for the past 19 years. I spoke to James, who is very professional at Real Stone to match the green marble on a buffet in our dining room that Real Stone made and installed years ago. We had a matching buffet built to match the original in our dining room. James had the same color of marble to match exactly. James kept up with us through the whole process. The marble was fabricated and was professionally installed in a couple of weeks. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of our new marble buffet. Excellent service, they stayed within my budget and gave me everything I wanted. Susy was wonderful to work with. The gentlemen who came to measure and the installers were very professional and got the job done very quickly and kept everything very clean If I could give them 10 stars I would Marty Brunt. .
It started out rocky - But in the end, we have two very nice small countertop pieces installed (roughly 8-10 sq/ft of granite). I took off of work 4 days, 2 of those were re-scheduled after the appointment time came and went in which I sat waiting for the crew. When they finally arrived late on Monday, (4 hours after my scheduled time for install), one of the pieces had an edge that was cut wrong. They installed one piece and had to return the other to be fixed. Again, when they came back with the piece fixed, there was a mix up on the appointment time. Jose informed me they would be at my house between 8:00am-8:30am. After several calls that morning trying to figure out why the installers were not here, they arrived several hours later, close to noon. Jose never returned my call. It was a very frustrating experience for us. Maybe we caught them on an off week. I don't know. Diane was able to help us through the situation, along with Dina. They gave us a partial refund for all the trouble.
I've had the pleasure of working professionally with Amy over the past 5-6 years and have recommended dozens of clients to Real Stone & Granite. I can honestly say that I've never had 1 issue or complaint.
I also recently remodeled my personal kitchen and guest bath with Calcutta Laza Quartz. Real Stone did a great job !
Erroneous measurement of the space so the sink cut out was off. Installers chipped the counter top during installation. The fix was a R&R, but owner kept on gas-lighting us. They put some color mismatched filler on the chip, and threw some caulk in the uneven sink joints (which all came out and leaked). Not impressed and would not recommend.
Excellent to work with and very accommodating, willing to help and answer any question we had. The counter tops look great and the installers we had were awesome as well. I would definitely recommend.
Everyone at Real Stone & Granite was very helpful. Our sales person, Amy Roberts, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and helping us select our granite. Their work is exceptional, they were on time and very professional from templating our Kitchen to the install. We are very very pleased we selected Real Stone & Granite.
Real Stone and Granite installed all natural stone in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The job is absolutely beautiful and everyone who has seen it has been very complimentary. The Real Stone staff was extremely helpful in picking out just the right materials and their design suggestions added awesome custom features that we wouldn t have come up with on our own. We couldn t be happier.
