I am impressed with the professionalism of RE/MAX Tri County, specially Christine Barrett. She knows the area and guided me to the right properties based on my requirements. She was very helpful and responsive, I highly recommend her as you agent.

Pam Bless and her son Adam lived up to their advertising of "twice blessed". Many times they went far and above what the usual agent would ever consider.

In today's marketplace selling a home is far different than it was twenty thirty years ago when we did it last. There are aggressive lawyers trying to make a name for themselves, inspectors trying to justify their hiring and scaring would be buyers. You NEED an agent today that understands all these newer issues..

This pair helped find us repair persons needed to make improvements,. advised us on how to best present our house and rather than telling us what we wanted to hear, told us what needed mending in order to get top dollar. They knew who and when to call the people that needed to be called. Every step of the way through this maze was difficult, only because it IS so complicated but this duo was there to simplify all those difficulties. I can not promise they will make these complications go away, no agent can do that! What I can promise, is they will be there assisting you through every nuance, every step and any difficulty that may arise.

If you just want to list your home and be left to fend for yourself, hire anyone, but if you want to feel like you have people behind you, in your corner, hire Pam and her son Adam or live with the consequences of a less involved, less caring and certainly less experienced agent .

Stay away from Bob Weber, his wife Elizabeth Weber, Nick from this office. First of all they will agree on what percent commission you agree on, then they will send you DotLoop documents in email ask you sign it. Then when closing comes in the commission is higher and you are forced to sign the contract, Bob Weber and his Remax associates will say we will fix it tomorrow and guess what you been F#@#ed. This is how this dealer runs his business.

Christine Barrett is a true professional. From giving us ideas how to stage the house for photos to signing the contract. Chris was always there for us. Settlement went smooth as could be. Thanks Chris for a great job!
