Mixed reviews. We went with this company because the realtor was nice and seemed like he cared. We took his advice a recommendations. In the end we bought a home we had nothing but issues with. And with the home inspection company we paid for, the 2 year home warranty which was include with house etc and the other stuff they recommend to us for a safe purchase to cover us from the things we are having issues with, nobody is helping us in any way. Lots of smoke and mirrors here. Home warranty doesn't cover or do anything but cost you extra money. They will try to play it off on everyone else. Watch out for the companies they recommend and do your research. Feel most the companies they recommended are working with them to get homes sold. If everyone was honest we wouldn't have bought the house with this many issues that were unknown to us at closing and inspection.

Dealt with Jackie Altland on buying a property on a lake in Southern York County. She found us a nice property in New Freedom on a nice lake with only a small number of homes existing there. We loved it right off..! She got the paperwork and all together and we went through settlement in 30 days. Couldn't have been more pleased..!!!

Only worried about there commission and not there clients, and also lies, you've been warned!
