This company, specifically Don Alber runs a real estate scam by putting up other people's houses for rent that are not actually for rent in the hopes of scamming people out of deposit money. I arrive at Remax this morning and Remax serves coffee so I got a cup and lowered my mask to get a sip and Mark the realtor , told me to put my mask back up, I was shocking because that didn't make any sense, they serve coffee so I looked at him like he was , kinda Nutts and I pulled my mask up immediately and because of the look I gave him , he went crazy on me, ruined my whole morning,,, I think the man is very unstable with the sever mental illness of Stockholm Syndrome, he might be dangerous.
This company and Don Alber run a real estate scam. They look for houses that are currently for sale and take the photos and make a for rent posting for the house. They even book showings of the house and show parties interested in renting. If they comment about the for sale sign he just says it's a rent to own property. Once he has the deposit money he just tells the renters that the owners changed their minds and keeps the money.
These people tried to run a scam out of my house. My house is listed by another brokerage. One of their realtors stole all the photos of my house from my listing, then he tried to post the same exact photos as a FOR RENT on an undisclosed address. He even had the gall to take a client to my house under the guise that this a For Rent situation. She saw the For Sale sign and contacted another realtor who contacted my realtor. Sure enough, Zillow had the "undisclosed address" with my pictures posted for rent. When we contacted their managing broker, they said, "Oh we were trying to help you advertise the house!" We were already under contract! We did not need more advertising. These people are scammers! Do not do business with them!!
