Rama World

I bought a house few years ago ...Never trust on Rama builder, their construction quality is very poor. If you want to check then pls visit Rama valley and check any house. You can see the cracks everywhere. No proper finishing ..even a blind person can notice it.

The price quoted by builder is different than what you pay them.
Basically these guys take additional 4 -5 laks as Cash on top of quotes price to save tax. This additional amount is not mentioned any where . Basically it's black money which builder taking.
Never spend hard earning cash on such a cheap quality constructions.

The most luxurious residential huge township in bilaspur. This place is near to new high-tech bus stand, can be accessed easily by bus, auto riksha. Avid apartments, bungalows, restro-loung, office spaces, children amusement, teniss court, playgrounds, aminity centre and much to tell. One visit will not suffice to know this place.
