Completed work for Radec. Did no receive payment or explanation as to why we were not paid. Did not answer or return emails or calls. Highly unprofessional and disreputable company.
We had some issues and had a very hard time finding someone in the Radec group to talk to. Lots of turnover and no communication. Our tub was damaged when we bought, but did not see the holes until I cleaned the tub, told the project manager at the time. She said no problem, well it had been a year...
Does not pay their subcontractors - no explanation as to their non-payment, they just stop responding. No one ever seems to answer the phone/emails go unreturned. Very unprofessional. Reading the rest of the reviews - this seems to be a very common experience.
Moved in to one of their buildings a month ago. Place is nice, good appliances, and the property manager Trong is a great person to deal with. Work needs to be finished in timely matter though
Poor communication, no one return calls, messages or emails. Won't follow up on deficiency concerns. Poor installation of a substandard hvac system. Doesn't seem like anyone's in charge, high turnover, never speak to the same person, have to keep providing the same information over and over again.

Very unprofessional company - does not return emails or calls. DO NOT work as a subcontractor for Radec. They do not pay - with absolutely no explanation. They give you the run around and say they are "working on it" but 6+ months later and they just stop responding.
We completed a job as a sub-trade to Radec 2 years ago and despite our efforts to collect we have yet to receive final payment or even a reasonable explanation of when we can expect payment.
They do not pay their subtrades. They avoid all communication and use the excuse that the house has not sold yet or receive funding from the bank to pay the subtrades.
