Worst interview process.I went for an interview, I waited for some time. Then I attend the technical round well. But HR told, we are shortlisted you and we will call you later. After that, I called her more times, she is not responsible. Very irresponsible process of interview.

Never take care of the employees. Forcing ppl to come to office during covid-19, no transportation or vehicle passes provided we come on our own risk. Why only agents should come when HR/ADMIN/Managers never bother to visit to check out the conditions. Yesterday one manager came and he was so careful not to enter the working floor and met the people in isolated room. He didn't even bother to listen to our concerns, atleast he came but others didn't came at all. No Tea/coffee provided, TLs pay money for the evening tea. Nasty toilets, will be cleaned once in 2/3 days, Urinals doesn't have running water and it get stagnated and overflows often. Same situation for girls toilets even. Bad quality water with free worms & fungus, raised multiple complaints but no action.

I m happy with my current tenure at QuScient Technologies. Good work life balance and an open door policy in terms of voicing out your opinions and ideas. Recognition for top performers and skill based training are one of their primary pro s. Salaries are paid as per industry standards. Good indoor and rest room facilities.

Had a good tenure with QuScient Technologies though it was short, I had a great learning experience. The UK shifts are very helpful!!!! Their training on product is great and the certifications are high standards!!! Very stable and focused company!!!

Worst interview process. There are more than 4 HR interview. All the four persons ask the same. Tell me about ur self. I wasted there for more than 8 hours. After the interview process over Sujatha mam told me that she put me in hold. Very worst experience. I can give them zero star.

Very Bad interview experience by attending 6 rounds of interview, HR Mrs. Sujatha told me, put you on Hold. even I scored 27/30. They wasted my day. Think before go for an interview.

3. 9hrs mandatory inside policy.
4. Worst management plan and worst interview process.
5.very low packages.

I attended 7 rounds 1st is telephonic- technical questions. if you shortlisted the next 3 rounds are face to face interview. all are asking same questions. 5th is HR round HR - divya is very nice to handle the candidates. 6th is product manager round she is very attitude girl - asking about how to handle, manage the projects, teams. 7th is vp round- salary discussion very very low pay. my one day is waste. don't go there..

Beautiful facility, I love the facility, cleanest and most enriching experience, clean and neat workplace!!! Kudos to whoever manages it!!!!! The bathrooms are the best in the building!!!! I MUST SAY!!! Lot of activities for employees, work with fun!!!! PS-Please check out their recreation room if you get a chance!!!!

Good place to work. People in my team (TRIAGE) is very helpful in guiding freshers. It was a Good start-up. I worked nearly six months. All you need is dedication.

worst company with infra and management side where they wont give salary and even experience for employees to develop. Kind advice to people who see this dont join this company at any means.

Nice working environment apart from that nothing to say . Can work till a years time after that u must shift on to some other mnc for a good future and growth in ur career .
Even startups are getting good now a days. This company lags very behind running for these many years. They will never releive you because if u come out u will shine up in ur career and they don't want that to happen

The HR Department is great and kudos to them, for organizing such fun level activities!!!! Be it table tennis or carom tournaments, they are very organized! The mobile app that the company has created and uses it to the fullest where there are communities, FAQs, helpdesks in the mobile app, so any requests are just a touch away!!! They have a great process with regular inductions and welfare programs for new joiners!!!!

It's a great company to work. They have an exclusive mobile application which helps the employees to feel connected with the organization. Its a great employee engagement concept which gives a lot of insight. And the HR team also organizes events, Communities, Regular Fun Friday activities & Reward & Recognition program. It brings a different atmosphere altogether which is great.
