Very disrespectful whoever owns this company should be ashamed of his employees, they need more training I own my truck and will never accept another load to this facility if every driver felt this way you would have to file bankruptcy

Took about 3 hours to get loaded. Staff was helpful though.
Brooms are junk they last about a week once they are broken they won't replace it do not buy anything from this company

Appoint was at 0900 got here late at 1236, was loaded and paperwork at 1530, no restrooms, make sure you have eaten in case of long wait, shipping office lady is nice and friendly
Chinese junk repacked and pretended to be made here and they are almost as bad as es3 in treating truck drivers. Super slow and horrible attitudes and they don't seem to understand without truck drivers they would not have a job. Sad place, disgrace to our country.

The guy in the shipping office was a professional and a gentleman.the forklift operator got the job done quickly within a couple of hours no issues whatsoever.

Was at location on 5/29/2018 had full truck load was unloaded in door 25 took less then 40 minutes to unload no problems backing in lots of room. Person who unloaded me was very nice and helpful. No public bathrooms

I guess that driver is right. It's all about luck. Had a 9:00 AM appt. Got there at 2:20 pm. Had a door waiting for me. Started loading almost right away.
In and out without any problems.
My appointment was at 15:00 and I arrived 2hrs early.
At 14:45 I was given a door. It took about 1.5 hrs to get loaded and on my way.
Everyone was polite and courtious.
Other drivers have had problems here but not me.
